ST. LOUIS – Dawson Van and Storage, Stockton, Calif., has been recognized as Mayflower Transit’s Agent of the Month for October 2005, according to Steven J. Dawkins, executive vice president of Mayflower, which is one of the nation’s largest household goods movers. Dawson Van and Storage was selected from among more than 440 Mayflower agencies eligible for the distinction.
Two agencies were named runners-up for the honor: Hidden Valley Moving & Storage, Inc., Escondido, Calif.; and Ray Moving & Storage, Inc., Burlington, N.C.
Mayflower’s Agent of the Month program recognizes agents that rank best in the areas of customer service, van hauling performance, and sales growth. Statistical measures are applied to all agencies that have been affiliated with the van line for at least 12 months, with the final selections based on this data and day-to-day coordination between the agency and Mayflower.
