DENVER – In honor of Thanksgiving, Mayflower Transit agent Buehler Moving & Storage is partnering with KOOL 105 FM, Rocky’s Autos and Homefront Heroes, a military support group, for a unique food drive called “Fill the Mayflower.”

Benefiting the families of the troops stationed at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colo., the event will kick off at Aspen Academy in Aspen, Colo., on Nov. 13. A Mayflower moving van from Buehler Moving & Storage will be used by students who will do their part to fill the big rig with food donations.

On Nov. 15, the same Mayflower van will “sail” to Rocky’s Autos in Denver for a three-day food drive. Donors are encouraged to bring non-perishable goods to Rocky’s where representatives from KOOL 105 FM and Homefront Heroes will place the donations directly into the Mayflower moving van.
