SAN DIEGO – Through a partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundationâ of San Diego, Mayflower Transit agent Hidden Valley Moving & Storage had the opportunity to play a role in the organization’s 19th annual Make-A-Wish Gala.

Hidden Valley Moving & Storage donated time and resources to transport the equipment for the gala, including tables, chairs, decorations and auction items. Van operator Jimmy Greely worked closely with the Make-A-Wish team, managing the transportation logistics and ensuring all equipment was delivered and picked up on time with as little disruption as possible.

“The staff at Make-A-Wish work tirelessly to bring happiness to children who are battling illnesses in our community,” said Vonda Washington, customer service manager for Hidden Valley Moving & Storage. “We are proud to donate our time to manage the transportation needs for their gala.”

Guests at the annual fundraiser had the opportunity to participate in a silent and live auction as well as enjoy live entertainment. Proceeds from the gala allow Make-A-Wish Foundation to fulfill the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

“It is because of the support of great companies like Hidden Valley Moving and Storage that we are able to keep making wishes come true,” said Ben Moraga, marketing and events manager for Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego.
