Mayflower Transit Receives Safety Award from
The American Moving and Storage Association

ST. LOUIS – Mayflower Transit, one of the nation’s oldest and largest van lines, has been awarded the Fleet Safety Award by the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA).
The Fleet Safety Award is given to four carriers (the top carrier in four different mileage categories) that demonstrate the best weighted combination of the lowest Department of Transportation (DOT) recordable accident rate per million miles of vehicle operation, and the lowest vehicle and driver out-of-service rates. Mayflower was the winner in the 50 to 100 million miles category.
