Anthony Booker was very professional and easy to work with. The packers Mike and Irvine were great, and worked non-stop until they got the job done. The loaders were terrible - they were late, lazy, and extremely careless. They were not professional and several times they had to be reminded to put stickers on items going out the door. There was a lot of them standing around doing nothing. They failed to explain the code system in the inventory and listed every item as scratched and worn on every part - the front, the back, the arms - which is untrue. The driver Jason and his assistant, Momo, were very professional and worked the whole time to get our things unloaded. Jason and Momo were excellent about getting items and boxes into the right rooms, which made unpacking much easier.

Both load an delivery crews were fantastic. Anna managed the load crew. She did a great job. I have a LOT of tools and materials for metal and wood work, and the guys suffered in the heat moving all of it.

The experience from start to finish was terrific. Brie came to our home on time for our quote and made us feel important. Our driver Tony was awesome. He was on time ( maybe a little early but in my world early is on time and on time is late) We were lucky enough to have him as our drop off driver. His crew on both ends were great guys. Communicated any issues before load and unload. We were estimated a 14 day delivery window and Tony pulled up 8 days after we arrived at our home. Boxes were delivered in the same condition the were picked up in. Not one item was broken in any box. In all openness we did have 2 small issues with furniture but nothing distroyed. I would recommend and use Mayflower on our next long distance move. Thank you to your amazing team.

The load/unload crew were fantastic. The delivery was late owever.

Earl the driver was excellent the whole time. They second guy who helped load the truck in Virginia could have pay a bit more attention (his name was Trey). The second guy for the delivery (Jeremy) was very good.

The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Gary Jones totally sold us on Mayflower. He was available on the spot for any questions. The packers packed with extreme care - nothing was broken. Jason and his moving crew were excellent and 100% professional - treated everything with extreme care. Jason took good care of our "home in his truck" for the entire journey across the country - and arrived just as kind and pleasant and professional as he was on the beginning side of the trip. Dara was always available to help us coordinate it all. I can't say enough good things.

The packers missed several pieces of furniture in the bedroom and office area. This was not noticed until the moving van arrived, we needed to move fast to get the material out of the drawers to not tie up the driver.

Essentially an acceptable move, but lost items, one important damaged item that didn't need to be, and unloading in a serious rain storm and consequently some very minor damage from water spoiled an otherwise good experience.

The crew thoroughly wrapped my furniture and carefully moved each item. The crew that brought my items to my new location carefully wrapped the items and placed each item to the room I wanted them to go. Both crews were very pleasant and friendly.

The overall experience was done in a timely manner. The coordinators said that they would give me 48 hours notice and it happen. Because of that notice, I was able to be at my house to receive my furniture and get it setup in locations of the house that I wanted the furniture. This experience was very important to me. I would recommend this company to all that is interest in moving long distance. The moving contractors was very professional and done an excellent job of getting my furniture to me in good condition. Brie and Jay were both great to work with. They made me feel like using Mayflower based solely on their customer service. Another competitor did not have such good, friendly service, and it looks like i made the right choice. From the start, i felt like i was valued as a customer. The other moving company made me feel like they didnt really care one way or another. I was also quite pleased to discover that brie and jay were both very accessible and responsive throughout the entire process.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. They were in constant communication, everything was locked in on the date i wanted, the packers and movers were on time & professional and nothing was missing or broken. I couldn’t be happier.

Movers were very professional and courteous. Also, move coordinator, Julia, was very helpful. What a pleasant experience. They wrapped everything securely. Nothing was damaged or missing.

Everyone was very helpful and cordial. The driver accommodated our delivery schedule. The first weight estimate was about 25% more than actual, but they revised it, which helped.

Overall, the move went smoothly. I was not expecting every aspect of the move to be outsourced to smaller companies, but that all went well.

The pre move people: Gary Jones was outstanding! Dara Kolander was also very helpful. The driver and his assistant were very hardworking and kept me in touch during their trip to Colorado. Very good people! They made everything go smoothly.

Overall the experience from initial contact, pre-move, packing, loading and unloading was well organized, easy and efficient. The individuals that handled the estimate, packing, loading, unloading were all professional, pleasant and careful with our belongings. George, our driver and crew chief at both ends was excellent to work with. The only issue was loss of one piece of connector hardware in one bed frame which was easily replaces for less than $1. We are very happy with the experience we had with Mayflower.

I spent 23 years in the Army, moving every 1-3 years. I must say that in my experience, this was the most professional move I have had. Absolutely professional from meeting the inspector to the coordinator, through packing, shipping and unloading.

My experience was great. I had not moved for over forty years and expected the worse. However, my firsts meeting with Gary Jones from sales gave me reassurance. Gary was outstanding and responsive to the many changes involved in the move. Dara, who handled the arrangements and scheduling was extremely courteous and a joy to work with. Derwood Jones and his crew were hard working and did a great job.

Certain aspects went very well, and some less so. We were very happy with driver and his move teams, as well as the administration staff. However, packing crew and work product was unsatisfactory.

Overall it was much better than doing everything myself obviously. Everyone I worked with was pleasant. The packing was messy sometimes and I lost several irreplaceable things as well as damage to a new couch. That was disappointing. But the claim department did ultimately compensate for the damages to furniture and items.

Our contact with mayflower was fantastic, always keeping in touch and answering any questions. I was however surprised at how items were packed. Some boxes items were wrapped and protected, other boxes items were thrown in. We had art work mixed in with living room accessories,lamps in pieces that now are bent and cannot be put back together. We are working on a claim for broken items

From the start of our relationship with VIP/ Mayflower in January, this process was made so much easier with the help of this fantastic team. We met Gary Jones when he came to our home to do the estimate and were impressed with his assuring us that all would go well. Gary was very thorough and professional. After Choosing VIP, we began working with Dara Kolander the move coordinator. She precisely explained the process and kept us informed every step from packing to loading then delivery. Also answered many questions from anxious clients. The packers, loaders and especially the driver, Jason were excellent. All of our belongings Arrived without a scratch! VIP/Mayflower made this move a breeze.

The overall experience was good. The loaders did what they were supposed to do and the guys that unloaded were good. The driver was nice and got to the las Vegas location on the day promised. There were a couple of things that got demaged but overall the experience was good.

Overall the move was excellent. No damaged or broken pieces. The packers that came to pack my items did an excellent job. The only downside of the entire move was that the delivery date was moved from Monday to Wednesday and nobody contacted me. I had to call the office to find out why the delivery was late. But the delivery once it arrived on the new scheduled date went very smoothly. The men who were on the truck did a great job and were very professional.

Every step of the move was painless, from working with Gary for the initial appointment, through coordinating with Dara on the specifics of the move, to working with Tim and his crew for the loading and unloading of our household goods.

This was my 4th move over the yeas. all local though. So i did the move myself. The first time moving long distant out of state. i was skeptical of hiring long distant movers as i had several quotes. everyone one i worked with to facilitate my move was great. good communication between the driver, coordinator and myself. The driver stayed in touch as well as the coordinator to see how everything was going. They wrapped all furniture bikes ect... re taped boxes that were loose took about desk and TV stand just to name a few. The driver had a good crew at both ends of the spectrum. The driver went well beyond his call of duty. i was impressed.

exceptional service from start to finish. From gathering estimates, working with moving coordinator, packing, loading, and finally moving. My movers were exceptional all the way, treat my things as if they were there own!

The packing and stowage were not adequate. Many pieces of furniture and articles in boxes suffered crush damage. Table and chair legs broken, picture frames cracked and glass broken, etc.

The overall moving experience with the Mayflower crew was excellent. They showed up on time, packed and loaded the van efficiently, arrived at the destination on time and unpacked and set-up furniture with no problems. Other than a few minor dings and scrapes there was no significant damage. After the move I was provided with a final adjusted invoice giving us a credit based on the lower than estimated weight of the shipment.

crated Marble top not uncrated. On October 31, Gary Jones told me he would get it taken care of. It is now Nov. 10 and I have heard nothing.
