A cross country move is stressful but we were in good hands with Armstrong relocation. Steve, Truc and our driver Jerry Minor were great. The packing crew was so efficient as were the load and unload crews. I want to thank them all for getting us to our new home.

Great overall, a few things damaged

I was a little worried about the move. We were moving our daughter from Auburn, AL to Napa, CA. I had when online to get an estimate of what the cost would be for the move and my phone was blowing up. I deceided to go with a National name moving company. We when with Mayflower. They did a great job! Steve Hartman was great working with us. Kept me up to date on when the pickup would be and the delivery.

The lady by the name of Truc was extremely rude and is lacking customer service skills. Also, the two ladies that showed up to pack were less than energetic and seemed like they didn’t really want to work. Steve Hartman was wonderful.

Both pick up and delivery men did a wonderful job with all of the furniture

Excellent communication. Loaders were efficient. Could have slowed down and been a bit more careful. However overall, the move was very good.

This is the fastest we've ever gotten our belongings from one point to another. With all the headaches of moving to a new house, having our stuff moved was not one of them. Well done.
