The movers were efficient and also curtious and extemely polite. Very professional and they may the move fo smoothly

Your salesperson and driver were great and very helpful. The Calif. workers were great with the loading. The GA. unloading crew were very slow and not careful with unloaded items. The driver had to speak with them on more than one occasion to no avail. The move overall was good. This is (I believe) our 3rd. move with Mayflower from CA. to GA. and this was the smallest move and it took longer to unload than any of the other trips. The majority of the move was just file boxes that were moved about 5 at a time on dollies. The driver took care of two items that had a lot of meaning to us and the CA. worker took the extra time to mark the box "fragile" and "top load" on all four sides of the box where it would be safe on the trip. Everything arrived safely.

The packing experience before the move was sub-par. They arrived late, were rushed, and left items. Upon unpacking, several items were broken because of the poor packing - China, heirloom, lamp, etc. were packed without protection (photos taken). Sales agent, movers on both ends, and unpackers were all perfect.

The driver and workers did an amazing job packing loading transporting and delivering/ un-packing. We were facing frigid temperatures and everyone muscled through and all went very well. So thankful for the Mayflower team

Mayflower made a very emotional and exausting experience much easier than expected.From the first estimate by Bruce Danner and the entire moving staff were very professional. All items were delivered on time. The entire staff at Mayflower were very polite and caring.

I had 2 moves and in this survey will address the move to Wisconsin. The delivery of the furniture was excellent. The move out was good but did damage paint on the stairwell.

Overall everall it was going well.Move done in two trips.But second day instead of coming to apt. they went to storage facility again and were delayed getting to our apt. on second day.So we moved out later then expected.Delivery was sooner then expected and that was great and all went smoothly.Thank you Mayflower LILY MARTINEZ

I had proposal from four national movers. Although all four estimates were ~ $5600, I chose Mayflower because of the time Dane Price took review what had to be moved and his recommendations. The packing and delivering went as scheduled. The movers were professional. However, I was not happy with our move coordinator's communications. I had to call her to confirm delivery date. I was told I would be call 24 hours in advance, which did not happen. I had to call again to confirm delivery.

I would like to thank Mayflower for sending out such a positive and hard working employee by the name of Brad Targgat Who was very sweet, respective, and professional. What I love about Brad is that it didn't matter what time of the day or evening that I reached out to him, he responded right away showing no signs of frustration. Brad is also very knowledgeable of his profession.Brad went above and beyond And showed no signs of stress his response to me was always,Don't worry Zetlyn I will make it happen and he did just that. Brad his such an excellent personality and he cares about his customers. If I had to freight anything else I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else but Brad. I ask that your company acknowledge Brad for his excellence and expertise in representing Mayflower. Please let Brad know that there are customers like myself that really need him and depend on him.
