The move was made easy by all involved. I of course was stressed about moving my belongings across country.

My first call was to Mike Sarro,then Bruce Dinner took over. My move went perfect I will and have recommended Mayflower as a trusted company. Throughout the process Bruce calmed me and assured me all would ok and it was more than ok it was a unbelievabley how smooth it went.

All of the guys involved were fast and friendly. This was a great change from the last time I moved. I had no issues and they were on time and did an amazing job putting my bunk beds back together again.

The estimating process was very thorough although we elected to do nearly all the packing ourselves, so that aspect was not germane in our case. He looked in every nook and cranny of the House asking questions. He charged us an extra $500 since he was sure the large van would not be able to come down our tree-line street, which had some “lowish” limbs, and that everything would need to be shuttled down the street . Consequently, we paid $30 at city hall to get no parking signs for the area at the end of the block where he felt the van should be parked. He never met Andy, our driver who drove his big rig right in front of our house. We LOVED Andy!! What a professional, worker, leader and all around wonderful person. The worst part of the entire experience was saying good bye to him after offloading our household goods at our new home. Because his home is near our new home, two of his workers were his own sons, Christian and Phil. At the end of the day, their departure made us very sad.

From the start, Dane Price, our Mayflower representative, was very responsive and addressed our questions and concerns. He went over the process to ensure our understanding. Keri Sarver was prompt and contacted us to let us know of changes, etc. She is very professional and made herself available to answer questions on the move, etc. Sean Trimble, the mover was outstanding. He was prompt, thought through the move, asked questions provided his thoughts and coordinated his team members on both coasts. Our experience was a great one for a bi coastal move.

Wasn’t happy that all my house didn’t fit in truck . I was the last one loaded. Was told that it would be loaded same day but didn’t happen. It happened next day at 8 pm while I was in route to Colorado . Had to talk to loaders 3 times . It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my missing stuff . And I haven’t received text or emails about arrival date . Had to buy new lawnmower and blower to keep the city happy.Would like to know and get my stuff.

Mayflower made a very emotional and exausting experience much easier than expected.From the first estimate by Bruce Danner and the entire moving staff were very professional. All items were delivered on time. The entire staff at Mayflower were very polite and caring.

The quote process was good, but a car was damaged with the firm that they subcontracted and Mayflower did not help or support the repair. We ultimately were out an additional $600 and created extra work-stress during our family's move.

I had 2 moves and in this survey will address the move to Wisconsin. The delivery of the furniture was excellent. The move out was good but did damage paint on the stairwell.

Overall everall it was going well.Move done in two trips.But second day instead of coming to apt. they went to storage facility again and were delayed getting to our apt. on second day.So we moved out later then expected.Delivery was sooner then expected and that was great and all went smoothly.Thank you Mayflower LILY MARTINEZ

I had proposal from four national movers. Although all four estimates were ~ $5600, I chose Mayflower because of the time Dane Price took review what had to be moved and his recommendations. The packing and delivering went as scheduled. The movers were professional. However, I was not happy with our move coordinator's communications. I had to call her to confirm delivery date. I was told I would be call 24 hours in advance, which did not happen. I had to call again to confirm delivery.

I would like to thank Mayflower for sending out such a positive and hard working employee by the name of Brad Targgat Who was very sweet, respective, and professional. What I love about Brad is that it didn't matter what time of the day or evening that I reached out to him, he responded right away showing no signs of frustration. Brad is also very knowledgeable of his profession.Brad went above and beyond And showed no signs of stress his response to me was always,Don't worry Zetlyn I will make it happen and he did just that. Brad his such an excellent personality and he cares about his customers. If I had to freight anything else I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else but Brad. I ask that your company acknowledge Brad for his excellence and expertise in representing Mayflower. Please let Brad know that there are customers like myself that really need him and depend on him. said they would keep in touch and did not late by two days said certain items would be put back together they did not want to put my tv together by dresser mirror back on etc. I am 73 yrs old and expected what was said before money was given would be done was not. It was a terrible experience.
