The move was completed in a very professional and efficient manner. The leader/boss,Willie, with his years of service in this field, was a plus in every way to put trust not only in him and his crew but the to the Mayflower conpamy as well. I had no worries about move. Willie did a GREAT job. I would recommend him to anyone. The support team (Jackie) played a great role in coo cordinating the move.

The unloading crew on our second shipment were fantastic. This is the first time we have used a moving company. I was not aware I was supposed to tip them, and I felt bad I did not after they left and I found out. They were here Friday November 23, Roland and Paul. Great guys.

Art and Justin was great. Also working with Jackie. However, we are extremely unhappy that when I told Tim I wanted all my pictures boxed, and we ended up doing it. At the last minute, we had to run and get mirror cartons and packed it all. No boxes were supplied except for our TVs and beds. Our detail sheet included this in our price. The 2 guys that help in California were great but the guys in Tennessee were horrible and had attitudes

What's the final move date was established, and a driver the experience was fine. It was the delay after delay to get a driver that was coming to California with an empty truck to take our possessions to Idaho.

The best part of the move was your Sales Rep, Shawn Gilbert. When trouble appeared, Shawn was there to fix the problem. I was disappointed with the fact that my items were delivered late. Also, the workers with Buehler (Denver movers) were awful. They were arrogant and rude and I believe they were probably the one's who broke my bookcase and tore the underskirt on my chair. The Buehler management team did not tell the workers that the blankets were owned by me. So, unnecessary tension and angry developed. I would not recommend Mayflower to use them here in Denver. The guys smoked and took a break unloading without telling me that they were going to go on break. Awful awful awful!!! Now, Jackie at Olsen Fielding in Sacramento was just okay. While she checked in with me, her follow-up with the driver was not good. The best part of the move was Shawn. Such a professional. The other best part was that all my items arrived.

the driver Thomas and his movers Matt, Jamael,Dave and Andrew were fantastic. They wrapped and protected all our items and when they delivered they put all the furniture together. They were very friendly and respectful of all our belongings. The estimator and coordinator were not as good. Our move was delayed by 3 days because they gave Thomas 3 more moves before ours thus delaying him and not making their promise date. I had to keep calling to find out where my furniture was and finally i was able to here from Thomas who i wanted to hear from instead of the coordinator as he was driving my truck.

My driver/mover, Lenny, was absolutely wonderful. He stayed in contact with me throughout the journey and between him and the helpers, they did a great job. If I ever move again, I'd love to have Lenny as my driver/mover.

Mayflower was great but the people they send to ur house to box up ur stuff used old boxes an didn't pack properly I have a broken hutch shelf that was glass and over half of my China dishes broke .... not replaceable very upset about that they were handed down to me from my grandmother

Our salesperson Shawn Gilbert was awesome..He was polite, quick and very experienced. Our truck driver Greg Peck was also amazing. We have zero complaints from our initial meeting/quote up to delivering our stuff to our storage unit. We would highly recomend Mayflower and use them again if needed. Thank you so much!!

The move experience went well, the mover, Michael Graham worked hard and overall did a good job. The only comment that I have that is not positive is that I asked for two wardrobes and there was only one of adequate height. This left my clothes in a wrinkled ball.

nothing but headaches from time the van arrived to pick up my furniture to waiting 3 weeks for the other van that had to be called because there was not enough room on the first van to take everything in one trip. Absolutely unacceptable to have to wait 3 weeks for a driver to "volunteer" to drive my property out to me.

Our move coordinator, although very nice and polite, was pretty much no help throughout the entire move. I believe she was new. She literally was never able to answer any question we ever had. Most of the time she did not call us back when she said she would. She had us fill out the wrong paper work initially and then called us three times asking us if we had sent it in, which we had. I would ask her if she had it and she would say that she did and thank us, then call us the next day with the same question. finally she realized she gave us the wrong paperwork, she had us filling out intrastate paperwork when we were in fact moving across the country from SacramentoCA to Norris TN. I tried tracking our shipment online like I was told I should, but it was never updated. after a week it was still saying truck loaded on June 20th a week after the fact. We wound up having to store our furniture and was told to call the Coordinator but again she was no help. I was very frustrated!!!

1. The movers were late. I was told they would be but they were even later and there was no apology. 2. They had no idea I was going to two places, that a motorcycle was going, or that part would be in storage. 3. The garage had more in it than expected and I almost didn't get to ship it all. I did end up throwing away several things. 4. I was not told that the motorcyle needed to be siphoned of gas until that day. 5. The driver was scary. I was concerned about her mental health, no joke, and I told the lady coordinating the move of my concerns. 6. On delivery day the driver was late. Not until the coordinating team contacted her dispatcher and waited over 30 mins for a response were they told that she was running late due to spiders being in her truck from another house. She had to clean her truck, find some guys to move my stuff, and she would be to me "later in the afternoon."

Hector, the crew supervisor, was great, loading & unloading our furniture, etc. The loading crew was less than great, as they just threw whatever stuff they put their hands on in any box available. Unloading crew in Arizona was much better.

The mover was a great guy, was easy to deal with. He was about 2 hours later than he said he would be on moving day. He was on time and everything went well on move in day. During the move I had 3 big items that were damaged. My bar, which I told him to be very careful with was scratched up, and then he dropped one of my dressers on its corner, breaking the corner off it, and another one of my dressers wasn't very sturdy after the move so it looked like something happened with it. Okay experience overall, but seemed like the movers were not experienced at all. Made very simple mistakes.

Overall the move was only moderately painful, but the unloading was very painful. My wife had to check off items as they came off the truck, the driver had only his girlfriend to help unload, and several items were dropped during the off-loading, including an air compressor that came off the ramp and fell to the pavement. Not all items were off-loaded, but instead went to Seattle, then were delivered to us in Oregon four days later.

The sale and load process were good. The communication on the the arrival date was less than optimal (good from coordinator but not from driver). The delivery was a cluster f$#@. I offered video of the road in and recommend that they scout it ahead of time but they refused and as a result they ended up have to put together a shuttle delivery at the last minute. Lots of stuff was damaged during that process (when they opened one load it looked like the truck had rolled). The first load arrived at 1:00 on the last delivery day and they were in a hurry due to their delays. We have quite a bit of damage and about 35% of the items/boxes were delivered to the wrong location in the house.

Reviews on Yelp were quite mixed. Some were quite good; others said avoid this company at all cost, so I was nervous. But I couldn't have asked for better service from Shawn Gilbert, who inventoried my belongings and put me at ease, or from Hector Cardosa, who loaded, drove, and unloaded the truck with his crews. Very professional, very friendly, very careful! Nothing lost, broken, or damaged. Quite happily, delivery was on the first day of the promised spread, and that was icing on the cake!

My belongings were delivered a week after the window, and nearly a month after they were picked up. And during the process, there has been awful customer service through Allegiant Management. I cannot imagine ever recommending this service to anyone.

The local company, Olsen & Fielding was FANTASTIC!!! He took responsibility and concern for everything that was GOING WRONG. The driver was fantastic as well!! My Move Coordinator was extremely lacking in concern to things that were not going well such as WRONG date for my car pickup-no concern to try and make it right or find some other tow truck to come get my car, lack of attention to detail, and extremely lacking in any sort of communication. My car was to be picked up 11am-2 pm on Feb 20th. If I had NOT pressed her at 1:20 PM on why I still had heard nothing, I never would have known they weren't coming on the day they were scheduled to come! She ONLY checked in with me AFTER I had to get the quality assurance person involved while I was sitting at the airport to board my flight on February 21st! Move coordinator was useless to me. I did more calling to verify things then she did and I should expect some sort of compensation back from Mayflower

Our van operator David Earthly was very professional and our moving coordinator Zahra was easily reachable. Overall I felt like there was good communication and prompt delivery of our belongings. Very satisfied overall. My one complaint was that the guys packing were not always able to follow my instructions regarding which of our belongings go to storage and which go to our apartment. I labeled nearly everything in our house and yet there are several things that should have been in our apartment that are now buried in our storage space and therefore inaccessible.

Mayflower was fantastic. I called in an almost panic because my realtor told me the house i was selling was going to close within a week, and i needed to get my things out. Sean took my call, and got everything set up. The guys that loaded everything were amazing- professional, kind and efficient. We were impressed with the caliber of people from the Sacramento office and their efficiency.We were not impressed with the customer relations people assigned to us in the home office. Few contacts were made by them and concerning delivery dates and times they were totally inaccurate. We saw no purpose in speaking with people on the phone in St. Louis when the real customer relations were dealt with by the Sacramento office.
