The pack out movers were fantastic, taking great care and time to complete an accurate inventory list along with being very careful with my personal belongings. Additionally the office staff that assisted in coordinating the entire move was terrific. Jamie was great and gave me constant updates and feedback on my move and once it arrived she notified me right away. The entire staff made my move effortless, I will definetly recommend Mayflower to my friends.

Jamie from Chipman Relocation made everything easy and stress free for our relocation. Communication was timely and accurate and everything written in the inventory Survey, Bill of Lading, One Page Estimate were accurate and quotes never changed before and after move was completed. The gentleman names Scott McElfresh was very honest and sincere during the inventory survey. Jamie Baleno was equally efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our move.

Both teams (the packing and delivery sides) were amazing with handling my items. They communicated when they were close to my location, were efficient with loading/unloading my items, and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had about the process and what was needed.

The experience from day 1 with speaking to Scott McElfresh was an absolute joy and really helped relieve any kind of stress. 1) Move coordinator: Jamie Baleno is extremely responsive and explains things well. She is great. 2) Move out of San Francisco felt chaotic and unmanaged. Example 1: I asked Mayflower to pack the kitchen. As the move was winding up we found a whole shelf of glassware and mugs which was not packed. The consultation and pick up was great. Everyone was on time and met the expectations they set. The delivery was a different story. I want to make it very clear, this had nothing to do with the two people who showed up to deliver my property. My issue is with their dispatcher and how poorly he communicated. Our moving team was excellent from start to finish. Jamie provided every detail necessary and was quick to respond to any questions. The movers were on time, and worked carefully & efficiently to load and unload our belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Chipman again!!

The movers were very thorough in packing, with the exception of one cupboard in our kitchen. And on the unloading they used a very efficient number check off system.

We only went with Mayflower, mainly because of my past experience with Scott Mcelfresh. He has always been a straight up person and so I went with.

The only problem I had was with people who packed me the day before my pickup date. I have used Mayflower for many moves. The packers didn't listen to what was to go and what wasn't. I was told the next day would not be the pick up date as they were very busy. There seemed to be a brake down in communication. My scheduled driver and pickup date happened as planned. The move went well after that.

Overall - fantastic! I read so many horror stories about moving companies. None of that played out in my move. The whole process was coordinated, and my move coordinator Jennifer Johnson reached out repeatedly to make sure she answered any questions and to let me know what the process was - always pleasant and friendly. The driver Artur was respectful, on time, professional. The bill was as promised. Great experience all around.
