Most things were done very well but after unpacking the numerous boxes we have discovered several things are missing. 1. My 9mm pistol which I owned for over 20 years and had never been fired. 2. A sculpture of a womans head almost life size but green in color. I personally packed the pistol in its box and placed it in the middle of my numerous socks.

Frank Buckley arrived first at my house in California and was extraordinarily helpful in every way -- especially as we had to postpone the move more than once. When Jesse Lopez arrived with all the goods in South Carolina, I cannot tell you how helpful he was -- and a real pleasure as a person in the process. I am very pleased with all that Frank and Jesse did and the staff all along the way. My situations are sometimes challenging, and all your people rose to the effort. I would gladly recommend you to any of my friends. Very, very well done. And I appreciate it.

My clothes were packed in the hanging box so tight, I could barely get them out. They all were wrinkled like mad. I was worn out trying to pull my clothes out of the wardrobe box. I was told that some of my boxes were crushed in because they were not packed fully. How in the heck can a person pack lamp shades to accomplish that goal? One of my lamp shades (made of glass and metal) was bent in. I was not impressed that the truck sat in California for approximately 7 or 8 days. I did not see my things for 14 days. It would have been nice to know that. I have not emptied all of the boxes yet. As far as I know, right now, everything else is okay. The movers were very nice and polite! I thought that was great. I did talk to Ellie about letting a person know how close things are getting so a person would know if the truck is a week away or one or two days. That is nice to know.

The delivery of my goods was to take place on a window from June 23-26th. I called on the 22rd to find the shipment hadn't left LA. I was told you didn't have enough trucks, not enough drivers and it was the busy summer season and that two drivers had turned down the shipment. After numerous calls to Merit and your corporate offices, the shipment showed Wednesday July 12th. The driver was great and very professional I plan not to pay Mayflower any more money as this delivery was almost three weeks late and essentially put my life on hold Why take a job if you can't follow through on your time communication and comittment

Mayflower was helpful in every way possible from start to the end.Great and professional service.Very warm, helpful and helpful staff from the start which was providing with the quote to the last which was the delivery.Did not have to worry about my belongings at all as they took great care while loading and unloading as well.

We have a lot of scratches. Also Alex had 12 coasters in a box and he had no clue where they belong. Also we have 4 moving blankets that I found folded in one of the china cabinets

We have been waiting for overflow for nearly two weeks. Roughly 20 percent of our belonings have not been delivered. We paid 100 percent of the contract. Received 80 percent of our belonging.

EWxcellant. They arrived one day after I ddid. Everything packed very well.Lostkeys were found. Call backs good.Still missing a green/red box of Christmas decorations, but not concerned. Not valuable.
