Overall experience was excellent. Everything was coordinated and done orderly. I was kept informed on progress of the the move and everything arrived on time with no damage.

Excellent throughout. The estimator, packers, driver, and the guys who loaded and unloaded the truck were all terrific - professional and capable.

smoothly handled logistics from beginning to end. estimator was very professional and responsive, customer service rep was very helpful and responsive and truck driver and moving team did a great job. Enjoyed hanging with them.

Excellent service, from estimate to delivery. Oscar and team were amazing. Marissa answered all questions. Overall, they handled my items with care and they arrived well. Considering we moved a whole whose and so much packing, it is amazing how they pack it in the truck and it arrives in good condition. Oscar made sure everything got packed and off loaded. Service from everyone was easy and I definitely would recommend them.

Getting my quote and planning my move was nice and easy, trouble started on move day. Movers were nice, but as the move progressed they were irritated and snippy with me. My weight was more then expected and they told me I was causing them a loss of money due to not being able to pick up another shipment. He later apologized but said he would not be able to pick up another shipment and it was the estimates fault. Even so, it made me feel pretty weird about the whole situation. I wasn't sure if he was looking for a hefty tip or if my shipment would arrive un harmed. My shipment arrived reallyfast, things were broken, but I packed myself and wasn't sure if it was my fault and did not make a claim. Movers left with items not put back together, bikes with no wheels, tables not assembled etc. I had 2 glass tables crated and it took 2 weeks to get them taken out of the crates once items arrived at my new location. I was asked to pay extra for this even though it was in my quote

We were very unhappy with our move. The first movers showed up at noon and were at the house for 8 hours. They were scheduled to come at 8 yet only the driver was on time. The movers on the receiving end hid broken items in the garage, were argumentative, refused to complete the work and, did not assemble many of our items that wee disaffected for the move. We are still waiting for someone to come out and finish the assembly of several items. We had a horrible experience and have still not had the problems remedied.

I have moved about 4 times with Mayflower and I have gone through about 5 inter-state moves in my life so far and I can say this has been the worst experience of all by a mile. This particular relocation company has no regards for its customers. They over promise and under-deliver. Because of this, I will be giving my business to another company next time.

Considering my stuff did not leave the state until 9 days after it was picked up....and the staff i was in contact with did not know, it was not the best experience

I was pleased by the whole experience. I liked that the same driver both picked up and delivered our furniture/belongings. The driver was also courteous & professional.

The crew who loaded my belongings forgot to bring tools to take apart my furniture. When I told them my own tools were packed, the crew member got very rude and snarky with me. Not cool. Another crew member was very good, however; I appreciated the care he took with my TV.

Horrible. Pathetic. Unorganized. The packers did a poor job. Boxes with stickers were packed inside other boxes. Boxes were found with ONE item inside. Food items were found in the same box with cleaning chemicals. Boxes were not poorly marked with contents. Books were found with covers and pages damaged. Job was not done in one day as planned. Movers had no clue how to handle a piano. Legs were removed and then could not be put back on, but that was now my problem. A box marked FRAGILE was placed on the next to bottom row in the truck. The item did not survive. All the boxes in the house were moved out to the sidewalk and driveway to sit in the sun before being loaded on the truck. After loading the truck the driver decided to take 4 days off, delaying the delivery. Hardware to put my bookshelves back together was never found. Driver was too busy tending to his dogs to help with the unloading of the truck. I did not appreciate the dogs then wandering into my house. Very disappointed.
