    overall the experience was very good. Packers arrived on time as scheduled and worked effectively to pack our stuff. Van arrived at destination as promised and goods were off loaded in good order.

    Met the schedule as promised, attitude of crew was generally positive and helpful, though seemed hurried at times. In the context of all the activity, it was challenging to keep up with all that was going on at times. We were disappointed with the fact that some items were "lost" and did not make it to our delivery point and damage to others sours the experience.

    Was very pleased with the movers who loaded and unloaded the truck. In some instances they went above and beyond what was expected. However, I was not pleased with the packing.
