Overall experience was great. Could not have asked for anything more from everybody who was involved - from start to finish.

The move with Mayflower could not have been any better. Every employee associated with this move from start to finish provided my wife and I with outstanding support, recommendations, guidance and direction. The people I had the most contact with went above and beyond any expectations I had for the move we made. This included George, Kim, Mark, Kenny and others whose names do not come to mind right now. Shane, our driver out of Madison, was outstanding with loading and delivery at our destination. The support staff that Shane had working with him in Bismarck were exceptional workers and very polite also. As mentioned every aspect of this move was handled by all staff in an outstanding, professional manner. We have a few things that are still missing but I am confident they will be in some of the boxes that are still not unpacked.

Everything went very well

First time using a moving service and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Terry Cina really took care of us, as well as Mikki. Our driver, Jeff, was great as were all of the packers, movers and unloading crew!

From start to finished I received excellent service.

Our move was amazing, mostly due to Mayflower Movers. No one likes moving, and we put in a lot of time and research when deciding who to use. Mayflower was the only company we spoke with that gave us a complete, guaranteed estimate, a folder full of information regarding our rights, and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, George, the president, was available and willing to answer questions over the weekend! Mike and his crew were fast and courteous, having our home emptied in 3 hours. Our property was delivered the next day, and nothing was broken or damaged.

Our moving experience was fantastic. Micki at the Wisconsin office was so helpful and made sure that we always knew what was happening with our belongings. Everything arrived when she said it would and the guys that delivered it were professional and very nice. We really couldn’t be happier with our experience with mayflower and the Wisconsin office from beginning to end. We hope we don’t have to move again but if we do we will for sure use mayflower again.

We moved from Whitefish Bay, WI to Southport, North Carolina. All aspects of the move went well.

It was a good experience

My move was very pleasant. Mayflower took very good care of all my belongings. My belongings were stored in Kenosha for 2 months & delivered to my new home in Montana. The complete move went very well and Kim in Kenosha was very accomodating and made it all work. I only had one glitch through the complete move was the queen size bedframe hardware was not put with the frame,but Scott the driver had a tool ox with screws to take care of it on the arrival and put my bed together. Would not male a move without them again.

From the time of the original survey to the final delivery everything was very professional. Information was thorough and communication was excellent. The driver was very organized and handled our items as if they were his own.

Everything was great, except the driver's truck broke down, and he waited too long to inform us. In the end, we were able to cooperate, and the driver came through with a great finish to a difficult situation.

The movers on both ends were efficient and friendly.

Great customer service throughout the entire process

I was so happy with the way the Mayflower team handled my move! They were always available to handle my questions quickly, moved me from WI to AZ without any problems and nothing was damaged or broken. My truck even arrived a day earlier than expected which was awesome!

I've moved 13 times and this was the best move of all!

The experience from the quote to the unloading was very professional.

The driver and movers were absolutely the best hands down courteous, polite , helpful , went out of his way to get are stuff fast please commend him and his crew . They exemplify awesomeness!!!
