All Personnel have been very professional, efficient, respectful, in friendly. Our driver Mark, and all the men who moved our furniture both out of our former home and into our new home handled everything carefully.Also from beginning with Rhonda, then James and Heather, all were efficient, friendly and professional. A perfect move from beginning to end!

For the most part everything went very well, and as expected based on previous experiences with Mayflower. There were only a couple of issues; a missing part and a high end item got dinged. Otherwise, everybody was great.

My overall move experience with Mayflower was excellent. The estimator was thorough in his itemization and detail as well as detail on the date/time of the pack/load. The packing crew was excellent and packed my household in less than eight hours (and upon arrival and unpacking, nothing was broken or damaged). The loading crew was amazing: efficient and resourceful. The shipping and arrival of my items was timely and on the date promised. The unloading crew was very efficient and willing to take direction on where furniture and boxes were placed. However, there was one item I would like to bring to your attention: when unpacking the boxes, I found bits of trash: green plastic wrappers to the bundles of packing paper, the plastic bands from the bundles of cardboard boxes, wads of taps, and the cardboard cores of tape spools. I wish the crews had taken their trash with them and not sent them with my items to Charlotte. That said, my last move with Mayflower (Suddath, from Tampa to Denver) has the same issue with the packing of trash, so I think it is a systemic issue with the moving industry?

Our move from Denver to Hendersonville,TN was handled professionally from start to final delivery. Our driver James was in contact with us daily as was Rhonda Rutland from the local agents office. We had no damaged items and everything was delivered.

The loading experience was good and professional. My delivery experience was not nearly as professional as I had hoped and was very confusing for me. Things were damaged and dropped and lost. Right in front of me a loader dropped my box of fine china. Many irreplacable things were shattered. It broke my heart. Also a box of irreplaceable family pictures including a large family portrait has not been found. I felt the delivery experience was disorganized and I was required to do a massive job of documenting everything and telling them where to put things. Three men were coming at me with boxes. They would put things places before I could even find the number. It was a mess. I didn’t realize my precious box of pictures was missing until a week later when I got around to hanging things. They were nice enough men but it was a negative experience for me and in the end a sad one when I saw the damage and realized my loss.

The 2 guys who loaded the truck in Loveland should be rated a 10+ out of 10. Very hard working, careful with moving items, friendly, absolutely tops. The 2 guys in Topeka should be rated a2 out of 10. Shelving not put together, multiple items in wrong places, new skinny legs on sofa i have never seen before, dent in hardwood floors, hole in a piece of pkastic shelving keg that was found in 3 different places, The list goes on.

The loading in Colorado was excellent. However, some of the items that Mayflower had quoted packing were not packed, or not packed properly and those were the only items that were damaged. The unloading crew in Kentucky was not nearly as good as the Colorado crew, and they caused some minor damage to walls. The 3rd party disassemblers and assemblers on both ends of the move were very good. They just forgot to finish the job on the assembly side.

Very happy with Jeff Kline who gave us the bid, and Heather in Denver who coordinated our move. Alberto and his crew got everything loaded in record time even with the elevator. It only took six days to get our furniture, it was so nice. Larry delivered our furniture in Independence, MO he got his 18 wheeler in places you wouldn't believe. We were so impressed with his ability to drive that big thing and he was so fast unloading with only one more person. We were very happy from beginning to end.If you want your move on time and well done, call Mayflower.

Pleased with so little damage Pleased with pick up date; not pleased with delivery date as driver did allow time to put household items in the house. We are senior citizens and unable to move the overwhelming delivery. We were told items in dresser drawers could stay in the drawers. The driver threw a fit, demanding all drawers be emptied, which necessitated hiring packers. While the packers made sure everything was packed, they had no rhyme nor reason of organization. We can't find the basics like bedding or clothes. They also packed items that were to be left behind for the new owners.

I wasn't as prepared as I should have been, the driver and loading crew did an excellent job. I had some very fragile items I was going to take myself but were not tagged and were loaded; they arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to Tom and his crews.

Our driver and crew leader Steve Apodaca was efficient, courteous, and responsive to our requests. One packing crew member in Denver was questionable but all other packers/movers were courteous and efficient. Rhonda Rutland, our move coordinator, was on top of the move the whole time. Chris Coyle, our estimator, was professional and even made a revisit after we elected to take some items that were not on the list and leave others behind.

Mayflower took over the Graebel warehouse in Denver, Colorado, where we stored our goods after moving out of our Castle Pines home. We scheduled delivery for January, 2017 to our home in Henderson, Nevada. There was one vault which was not delivered in the January move and we had already paid for the storage and moving costs. When it was located, we were told we had to PAY AGAIN in order to receive our goods which had already been paid for. This is a TOTALLY UNFAIR and UNETHICAL way to do business! We would like to respectfully ask that the additional funds we paid for the move be refunded to us. We need your help to do this. What do you suggest to rectify this problem we had??? We had used Mayflower on previous moves and felt you were an honest and reliable company. It was very disappointing to be treated this way by Mayflower. We would like your feedback concerning this issue. The move turned into a very disappointing situation. What are your suggestions to rectify this problem?

The movers were on time, courteous and professional, but they nor anyone else explained the label system, that the items were being numbered and that these numbers would be needed for claiming any damage or to count boxes on the receiving end.

initial meeting was good, we thought the Mayflower rep. understood all that was to be moved. The movers came un- prepared to pack and move the smaller pieces, the initial setup process was very disorganized!! we could not be available on premise for the move so we had a rep. there. Our rep. had to purchase 14 totes and pack all of the smaller items while the truck was there. The truckers did a great job of packing,and unloading our home goods. Ben Greenwood did a great job at destination. Alicia Tate, our initial contact proved to be very disorganized, and I believe created a major rough start. Rhonda Rutland did her best to organize the transportation, which got delayed and changed several times. Truckers on both ends did a great job, it was the girl setting it up that made the headaches.....

The driver of the truck had two movers bail on him the day of my move leaving the driver and a friend to load my house. This took them much longer than expected and had all of my house ready minus the large furniture which needed to be taken apart. The driver and movers at my new house were much faster but were in a time crunch so many pieces of my large furniture items were put back together very poor. After the crew left I found screws that were missing out of various pieces of furniture along with washers, nuts and bolts on the carpet floor that had not been re-installed.

It wasn't efficient with 2 people. 1 was doing inventory and the other was doing most of the work. It took forever and things weren't done right, like labeling what item the screws belonged to. It created a harder job on the back end too. Also, lack of communication between crew and the people that told them what to bring. There were no TV boxes included and the wrong size bed box was brought. People themselves were friendly, just could have been smoother.

I organized and grouped boxes,totes and ideas to be moved. In that group was a tote of family Christmas ornaments and never make it to our new house. I think the mover moved the tote out of the way to load similar size boxes on the truck and just never went back to load our Christmas tote. I'm beyond heartbroken! Those were custom that my great grandma started back in 1979 then my grandmother took over then I took over. Also all the ornaments my kids made from 1996-2016. It's been reported but nothing has been resolved. Jeff the rep that came out to do inventory made sure it was on our list, I told him that day a lot of things can be replaced but not those. I just heartbroken.

Didi not like packing experience as the difference between the sales rep and the actual experience were like day and night. Packing and loading of my small 2 room apt took an entire day, a little ridiculous; both packers and loaders spent a lot of time chatting while sitting on the floor-not working. It seemed to me they were just killing time. Was not apprised of all details in a timely manner; such as actual weight of contents (from truck driver) vs the estimated weight by sales rep.

The entire team in both cities was fantastic. The packer, Adela, did an outstanding job. Everything appears to have made it here safely. I still have a few boxes to unpack, but so far all my belongings are in excellent condition. The driver, Greg, was kind, prompt, and made sure all my needs were met.

At the beginning it was hard to get a call back. Once alligned with coorninator it proceeded a little smoother.The Denver crew was great. Fast and secured our furniture very well. The Las We sustainef some damage to our washer (dent) Scratch on refrig door and one glass pane of a china hutch shatteted. The main manager was great who drove the truck. The coordinator Rhonda did a few followup calls. We are still looking for a hard copy damage form to be mailed to us so we can fill our and return

We were very pleased with the overall move experience with our Mayflower team. The estimator Chris Coyle was pleasant, helpful and answered our questions. Rhonda Rutland our coordinator stayed in touch and kept us updated throughout and after the process. The driver Frank along with his team in each location were terrific, handling all our possessions with so much care you would have thought they were their possession and so very pleasant to work with.

My sales guy was awesome and proactive. Coordinator was scarce. Didn't hear from her until the last minute and at end of move re payment. Driver, Daniel, was also wonderful, helpful and proactive. He had great team of movers on both ends. Third party phone reps gave incorrect info on 2 occasions but guys that showed up to do the work aimed to please and went above and beyond.

My experience with all personnel at Mayflower were fantastic. My coordinator, Rhonda Rutland, was on top of it and communicated extremely well. She promptly addressed our questions. Moving is stressful and Mayflower helped to eliminate this stress for us!

we have moved all over the world, and this is the very first time that there was absolutely no damage or breakage in our shipment. The packers and movers were perfect and Heather in customer support was a lifesaver. She stayed in constant contact with us when our driver got stuck and delayed in bad winter weather.

Our driver , Jim, last name not available was superb in all respects, he took time to explain all facets of the moving process, important to first time mover experience in their 80's. his co-workers were attentive and very busy fellows. The only negative was that we loaded on the 16th and did not receive until the 28th. Which stretched our budget and patience all the while aware of certain weather problems which Jim encountered. Overall, you should be very proud of Jim he is an excellent ambassador for your company.

The pick up was good, but delivery and after was not. We have damaged items and to date have not heard from an adjuster. The only email I received is to keep the items in the same manner as delivered so they can be inspected. But that won't take place for three to four more weeks. I feel that this is only a maneuver in hopes that I take care if the damage and the adjuster can deny the claim. It is terrible to have a customer wait so long in order to get tever reason this is not the case with your company. As a former insurace agent, I know that claims are to be resolved in a quick and timely manner. For whatever reason this is not the case with your company. We are contemplating seeking legal advice as to how to get our due compensation. In insurance terms, you have broken your fiduciary obligation to us. Hopefully this candor will expidite action to resolve our dilemma with your company.
