My overall move experience was absolutely incredible!! From Juan, to Cornelius at pick up and delivery, every step along the went as planned, without a hitch, as expected, no bait and switch as I have experienced with another interstate provider whom was absolutely a hot mess!! NOT MAYFLOWER though.

Excellent experience, very professional and friendly employees. I would highly recommend them, especially Barb Edwards, Patrick Gipprich and the van driver, Chris from Atlanta.

Every step went just as Mayflower said it would. Patrick was patient when he came to our home almost 6 months before we moved to answer questions and give me an idea of what it meant to move across country.The People in the office always had answers and answered quickly. Charlie the man we got the boxes from was kind and funny. David our driver made our whole family feel that our stuff was safe. Everything made it across country safe and nothing broke. The young men who carried everything from the house to the truck were kind,funny and strong. when we dropped off the boxes after the move, it was easy,even this man was very nice.The whole family had a wonderful experience with Mayflower even the dog. I will never move our family without Mayflower and all of their wonderful support team!

It was a good experience from beginning to end, primarily because of Patrick who attended to every detail.

James, our driver was incredible. He was always on time and did everything he said he would.

In preparing for my move, I contacted/interviewed five companies. I was becoming disheartened until Mayflower. Patrick Gipprich was so professional that I knew I had found the company I wanted to trust to move me.. Bobby Jo Martinez with the local company, Arrow Moving, kept me informed and promptly answered all my questions. Keith Mullins, the driver, was amazing! He was pleasant, knew exactly what needed to be done and provided a hard-working crew that also cared about my things. I really can't say enough things about Keith. He treated my furniture as he would have treated his own furniture. He ensured that things were going well. Mayflower is lucky to have Keith.

The only regret I have is that a clay made birdbath was broken and NOT usable or fixable. I am of the opinion that it was not packed/wrapped.

I am glad I chose Mayflower.

We are dissatisfied with the unloading at our storage unit and our home. Especially the incomplete job of putting things together, very incomplete and disorganized.

Patrick G. Was awesome. James and Sam were extremely polite, professional and speedy. If I have the opportunity to recommend I will do it in a heartbeat!

Literally our best move ever, and we have had more than two dozen!

The packers were very professional and personable. They were excellent at taking care of my property. The driver too was fantastic at loading my goods so nothing would show up damaged. The only thing I question is the cost for the weight I moved. The cost estimate did not change with the weight shipped.

Many compliments to the driver Johny and the 2 packers who were provided in Colorado Springs. Johny was quite organized and efficient. The 2 packers were hard workers and worked steadily until job was done. They were all careful with my belongings and made the packing go quite smoothly. My complaint would only be with the 2 guys who were provided for my unpacking here in Spartanburg. I was lucky enough to have the same driver for my delivery-Johny. I can't say enough good things about him. He arrived on time and started unpacking immediately. The 2 who were to help with my unpacking arrived 2 hours late. Johny had called them after they were almost an hour late. They told him it would be another 30 minutes which ended up being an hour. They would disappear for periods of time & we wouldn't know where they were. If I wanted something done I would ask Johny because I could only trust him to get it done....and correctly. The one worker had a physical issue and was limited in his activity

2 boxes were missing, 1 containing the Mayflower,s pamphlet and the other irreplaceable memorabilia. Craig should not have checked off the 2 slots because he found 2 boxes with no stickers. I have no way of knowing what numbers the boxes were. The name MONOSON and Rittenhouse Sq. are written on the top. If they are located please call me at 719/237-0045. Lorraine Monoson He quickly put checks in the slots as I was getting ready to sign the form.... At that time I of course hadn't unpacked anything. There is only sentimental value!

Easy process. Packers, loaders, driver were exce?lent!!

bobbie and the two gentlemen who packed my stuff were really good. things were packed great.

The gentlemen who came to my house were thorough, polite, and worked steadily to complete my move in an efficient manner. They were awesome!!! I had the same excellent service when they delivered my furniture.

Everybody I worked with, starting from the initial contact through the ending were all very helpful and answered all questions, etc. They made the move less stressful. The Driver and his crew were the most awesome people I have ever worked with on a move. They were very careful with my belongings and quick to both load up and empty the truck.
