Overall fine experience. Packing team did a much better job than unloading team. Loading was organized and Done in a timely manner. Unloading were not very careful boxes were set down sideways or upside down. Thrilled about the delivery timely scheduled.

I had a great experience with Mayflower! Colleen the sales representative was very helpful. Marivel Barreda, her assistance, was so responsive to all inquiries and was wonderful updating us on all aspects of the move! Our driver, Lenny is excellent! Efficient, professional and knowledgable! All deserve a 5 star rating !!

From the first call to Mayflower in Texas in May until we signed the final papers upon arrival in South Dakota in June, after receiving all of our precious goods, I found all of the staff calm, competent, responsive, and professional. There were numerous acts of nature that could have derailed the move, including rain, wind, hail, tornadoes, snow storms, and flash floods. Our parents household final possessions arrived intact, dry and well cared for. The final crew that unpacked was equally calm, efficient, and careful with our memorabilia, old furniture, photographs, and fragile items. The team in Texas was always available by phone, text and email, guiding us through the process and assuring us that the delivery was safe and on its way. Thank you.

Overall was good, Daryl flood great, but we thought we were dealing with mayflower and a united truck showed up, and no one even mentioned or explained the change

All went smoothly except that our salesman said we would pay NO MORE THAN our estimate. Final amount would be based on weight. He never instructed them to weigh our shipment- or driver refused to weigh and showed us his invoice that said, "No weighing required". Jason Staton lied to us about paying by weight.

From start to finish, everything was great. Commitments were kept, everyone was professional, timely and under budget.

This was the best move I've ever had by a significant distance, which is remarkable considering it was cross-country and complicated by a medical situation. Jeff Brown, our driver, managed his teams at both ends beautifully, and they all really took care of us. Colleen and Marivel lined up the details really well and followed through on the communication at every step.

I'm fortunate to work with DF in my job and they are always one of the most requested movers so when I personally needed a van line for my 800+ mile move - I knew who to go to. Everyone from the CSR to the packers/loaders were top notch! I felt important and everyone cared about our goods and stress levels. Actually it was the pack/load team that alerted me to the neighbor's car backing out hitting mine parked on opposite side of street - they said they witnessed it all and for me to look at the damage. So the fact they would have helped me in that type situation is priceless!!

The packing and unloading teams ans particularly my driver Dave were exceptional! I chose Mayflower for a reason and am finding I made the right choice. I have remembered the downside - that is you unpack as you open boxes - not in the order of put away!

It has been totally incredible. Except for the change in the original time that the crew would arrive to take our belongings from Irving, everyone worked extremely well.

From the first minute Colleen Cline walked in the door to give me and estimate I knew it was the right company. She was available by phone/text from step one to the end.Then Karl and his crews-the first in Ft Worth and the second in Clayton NC, we were is great hands. We moved in 2 segments. Movers on my first move were better.

Packers were efficient and so kind. Bob, the driver, is one of a kind. Friendly, smart, hardworking, and handles the task he is given with grace. The area to park his truck upon arrival to unload was not ideal. He took it in stride, remained patient, and made sure it all worked out. Not one complaint from him. He is the best!

We had a near-perfect binding estimate from Jason Staton. He was very professional and organized. All details were lined up prior to the move and with excellent assistance from Marivel. Our moving team Cindy & Don Hoffman were superb and we’d hire them to move our home anywhere. This company had excellent experienced employees and we only had a great experience!!

The representatives from Daryl Flood were wonderful. They did exactly what they promised and we appreciated that. The men who loaded and unloaded the furniture where very good and efficient. Our only complaint would be some damage to the trim and weatherstripping on the front door of out new house when the furniture was unloaded.

I have had many moves and so am comparing Mayflower with other companies such as NorthAmerican, etc. Overall the move was good. In particular the team in Albany was careful to wipe their feet each time they came in from the snow. The Albany team also managed to find a tagged item that was shipped inside another box. The Dallas team was also good but they placed two glass covered silks inside the mattress/box spring box. This resulted in one of the cover glasses breaking. Compared with other moves this one was good.

It was a good experience, starting with the consultant, through to the coordinator, driver and pack/unload crews. I appreciated how everything was padded and floors were covered and the packing was very thorough. I only had one instance where I thought supervision by the driver could have been better, when the crew was being a little aggressive trying to get a table through a doorway.

I've moved many times, and I've never had an experience so well done. The teams worked together incredible well, the efficiency of packing and loading and unloading were incredible, and all of the workers were of utmost professionalism and courtesy. All was accomplished when they said it would be, and they took such good care of my belongings and my communications. They extra-stepped every step of the way, moved things other carriers said they wouldn't and were so diligent and focused. They arrived right on time and were so efficient in the unloading process and were so exacting about setting up my belongings just where I wanted them. I've never met such a professional crew, and all of their services were the best I've ever seen.

This was the best movie I have ever had and the two men that move me out and into my new home were absolutely fantastic I would recommend them to anyone .

Overall it was a good experience. I was a little disappointed that it took 2 weeks to get my "treasures" and several of the boxes where seriously damaged. Since I was putting everything in storage, I did not open the damage boxes to see if there was impact on my "treasures"

Very hard and confusing move. They did well considering

It was so easy and stress free because of the attention to detail by the whole team, every step of the way. Phil and Candice answered all my random questions throughout the process. And Charlie (my driver) did the same... all the while being very reassuring with his calm demeanor and sense of humor. At no time was I concerned about my belongings making it safely to MN!

Our move from Dallas, Texas to Morristown, NJ went so smoothly. From the moment I visited with Phil Pasche in my house, I knew this was a great company. Candice Clifford was my day-to-day coordinator and she delivered top-notch customer service. I never had to worry about any coordination on my part, as this was taken care of by Candice. The loading team in Dallas and the unloading team in Morristown were clean and professional. I'm sold on the experience and would do again!

My move involved 2 different drivers, one from Plano, TX to Tacoma and one from Austin, TX to Tacoma. I can't find enough superlatives to address their integrity, their care and attention to my belongings and to my situation. Both Charlie Martin and Bill Jewell are high class people. I had only positive experiences throughout the process of this move.

My overall move experience was great. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, available, and enthusiastic about making the process easy for me. And, honestly, this had been the easiest and most pleasant part of my overall move process so far.

We have moved a lot for my husband's career. I would characterize this as one of our best moves. The cost of the move was fair and reasonable. We have come across minimal damage. The crew was extremely diligent, courteous, and helpful. Part of the reason the move was such a success was the hardworking people on our move. Cory Dotson was without a doubt the best driver we could have asked for. He was friendly, personable, prompt, and had a great attitude. He treated our belongings as if they were his own and took great care of everything. His right-hand man, Mel Reyes, was absolutely great too. As I have unpacked boxes, I know if Mel packed them that I have no worries as he was extremely careful with everything. The other gentlemen who came out during the 7 different days were all great--very courteous, helpful, and hardworking. My only complaint would be the people hired by Mayflower to do the 3rd party work with our pool table. I would characterize them as just ok.

Over all we were very pleased with the move process we had one broken formal dinning chair and a small refrigerator didn't show up.
