The entire Mayflower experience was incredible. From the initial consult with Gregg to our logistics coordination with Kyla to the delivery with Diego, each and every touchpoint with Mayflower was informative, responsive and thorough.

We just used Mayflower for three different moves. They were excellent. Greg Wilkinson and Kyla Meehan were delightful to work with. On one move we had a problem and it was corrected immediately. The crews were terrific too.

All stages of the process was exemplary from Gregg coming to the house for estimate, to Kayla for touching point before & after move, to the actual move with Hector’s team.

The only frustrating thing was that they didn’t deliver my stuff until the very last day of the 10 day window I was given. Only reasons it was frustrating was because it was a cross country move. I couldn’t exactly wait for an update from the driver while he was on the road, because I had to make sure I was there before them. So I spent a week and a half in an empty apartment. But otherwise everyone was super professional, on time, no missing pieces. I had one box where everything in it was smashed but

The process of initiating this move was fairly easy. I was very concerned about third-party movers, and was assured that my loader would also be my driver, and would also be my unloader. I was also assured that the price would be consistent and accurate as to the quote. This was all 100% accurate and I absolutely appreciate that. My driver loader and unloader was absolutely the best!

Perfect is an understatement. From the first day when John Vitti came over and provide a quote and answered all our questions to working with our moving coordinator Dominique Cancel and the actual move lead by Mike Davis and assisted by Alfredo and Juan. Moving can be a stressful time, and everyone was so helpful and made sure I didn't have any unexpected surprises. John consistently worked with me to update my quote as I added or removed items to move and Dominique was in constant communication with me

Overall everyone was very helpful from the very first call to the men putting the last items into the moving truck.

The staff from Murphy’s Moving with Mayflower gave an estimate for my move and every step in between the initial consultation and day of move was communicated very clearly. Kyla was especially helpful in making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect throughout the entire move.
