    Would have liked a smaller delivery window on the other end. Had to get airline ticket that required me to be there 10 days. Could have been there 5 after change late in game. .

    The movers and truck driver were great. The packers did not label boxes appropriately and there were several broken items. The mislabeled boxes caused frustration on our end for having to move boxes multiple times within the house.

    Overall, the move was pretty good. My coordinator was excellent and my stuff arrived in great shape. However, I thought the packing experiences was pretty poor. I would not have those packers work on my move again. The delivery and the coordinator were very good though.

    From my initial email inquiry to the move I received wonderful customer service. Kyra was awesome. I felt I was never alone in the moving process. Jeff was so respectful and cared about my move. Both set of movers were kind, professional and helped reduce my stress.
