The entire experience was excellent, The packers were wonderful on time worked very hard they did not waist time they did their job and left, the moves as well and the gentlemen who delivered the goods work just as hard and did the same as the others. I have told everyone how pleased I was.

Our move was rather complex due to the art work including a hand carved full sized motorcycle out of teak. It was the last on the truck and the first off. It was slightly damaged, but can be fied. In addition, our closing was delayed so our things stayed on the truck much longer than we anticipated. Our representative Rich P was wonderful and worthy of praise.

Michael Laby was our first contact in Florida and I can’t find enough good words to describe my interaction with him. He was extremely professional, responsive, efficient and very nice to work with. CeCe was our contact afterward although Michael continued to be involved. She, too, was just terrific to work with. The mover who delivered to our destination came in a large interstate tractor trailer which could not fit through the tight spaces around my daughter’s new place. He worked hard to figure out how to get as close as possible to make the delivery. I was very impressed with the care he and his crew, his son and nephew, took in bringing in her belongings and helping to place them. I’ve moved a lot and can say this was among the best moves I’ve seen

The loading crew was a little reckless on removing some of the furniture from the house. And the stacking of the boxes some were crushed. The driver was great. The unloading crew was great.

Nothing is broken. The guys at both locations were polite and professional. The arrival date was a couple days later than the window, no big deal. Only negative thing was getting information about when delivery would be, getting that information kept getting pushed back. But all in all the move went smoothly

There was a next up where the man who delivered it did not know I had paid for them to unpack and take the packaging away. Rich made arrangements for other people to come and finish the job at the first people should’ve done. Not great communication

It was ridiculously expensive for 5 items. Other than that, everyone that I had contact with was terrific.

Could not meet the date they were to deliver my items and many of my items were damaged. Im glad i purchased additional insurance. Lets see how this company acts on the clain i will be submitting. Not a happy customer.

Not enough movers to lift heavy items. Movers were sloppy and not careful. Floors were scratched on both ends of the move and items were damaged due to rushing, reclesnes and not enough fit movers.

I’ve moved four times in the last several years from various houses. My experience with Mayflower this move was by far the best. Everything from the original estimate, the drivers to three different locations and the unloading were exceptional.

Price wise average. Driver was on time picking up and delivery. Mr. West driver of tge Van Line was very respectful, nice person. The group who pack my furnitures, pne person, took my cellphone charger that was placed on top of my table, master's bedroom. Without asking my permission. My husband and i was looking for my charger. My husband noticed the cellphone of one of the packing personnel,was using my charger. When i asked him he said yes. Can't trust that person. The group who are packing my furnitures, damaged the molding of the laminate floor, without telling me. The size was quarter two big ones. They failed to protect or boverthe laminate floor and steps or stairs. When my furnitures reached the destination on October 7, my computer desk was broken, as they where unloading from the Van,desk is broken. It was left by the driveway. Good news, i was able to claim for the property damage. The computer desk not yet.

Mr. Michael Laby, the mover who picked up my things, was patient and very understanding of my concerns (I previously had very bad experiences with moving companies). Things were picked up from my storage unit in Miami without any issues. On the delivery end in Los Angeles, the gentleman who delivered the items (I didn't get his name) was polite, fast and very easy to work with. My items were delivered within the promised time frame and in good condition. I can't be any happier with how my move was conducted with Mayflower.

the packers and movers were excellent. however, liberty in deerfield florida made serious logistical and estimate errors. this resulted in me having to do 9 hours of packing (they were to do it all but they totally forgot to schedule our move)and a 600 additional fee. i asked repeatedly months before if the final cost was accurate and if there were any hidden or unaccounted for fees.i was assured there weren't. in the estimate they neglected to take into account or ask about whether our condo allowed tractor trailers. when we found out that we needed to do a truck switch it was 600 more. so i did partial packing, received no price adjustment and paid 600 more. they caused an incredible amount of stress. very upsetting.

Had a crew that was not prepared with packing materials, had no consideration for me the client, and DID NOT properly pack my goods. All in all they were as unprofessional as could be.

was not properly informed in reference to the valuable property form. I shipped 3 flat panel tv 2 survived the move 1 did not. Insurance will not cover because they were not on form. 900.00 loss to me.

After the movers picked up all of our items I noticed online that we were almost 1000lbs lighter than the estimate so I emailed the move coordinator and asked if we would receive a refund since our load was almost 1000lbs lighter than the estimate, she said yes and it would be credited back at the end. Our entire experience was tainted when I saw on our final paperwork suddenly our load went from almost 1000lbs lighter to only 128lbs lighter. Obviously our loads weight didn't change and this was some sort of nickle and dime tactic used to keep the difference of a few hundred dollars. I emailed the move coordinator and complained and pointed out i had already emailed her the week before inquiring about the 1000lb difference and much to my dissatisfaction I didn't even get a response to my email. Getting "nickle and dimed" on the way out the door really ruined the entire experience for me.
