Mayflower met all of the agreed upon goals and then some. They communicated beyond our expectations and took the worry away. There was no damage and staff in all areas were very competent

The initial pack up & storage was good, but because you misplaced about a dozen items, I cannot comment until my items are recovered & inspected.

Fabulous rep from initial meeting at my home—to the move coordinator on packing day—to the pack up crew to the unload crew. Kudos to all! This was my 3rd move in 3 years and superior to other 2 moves. Excellence! Many thanks. Dale was the best!!!!

Disappointed in general with the move. Needed at least two packers, only one showed up. Told delivery to new location would be on a Tuesday, delivery was on the following Friday. Spent a lot of extra money on packing and hotel bills because of your errors.

We were unable to be there at the packing up, but when our things arrived the men here in Portland did an excellent job - very efficient and pleasant

Our move was the worst move we ever had! We have multiple pieces of furniture that is damaged and/or broken,we have missing items and it took an additional 2 weeks to get the rest of our belongings that could not fit on the truck.

Mayflower/Nilson Van and Storage/Sandhill’s Moving and Storage charged an unconscionable price for performance that was negligent and substandard.

The estimator was prompt with service. The driver was extremely careful as well as courteous. The only negative experience occurred on the day of the move when an issue arose. We left several messages with our moving specialist who was not available nor did she return any of our calls. The estimator finally handled the situation. That cost us 2 hours of waiting, however.

The delivery was late, some items have still not been delivered, items not sorted by destination, and items damaged.

Packing day was the biggest problem. Only 1 person showed up approximately 5.5hrs later than expected, and then a couple others later. They did not leave the house till a little after 9pm.

We were moved in to a storage unit and are very concerned about our TV as it was crated by a third party hired by Mayflower & they just about ripped it off the wall and the HDMI cable was destroyed along with another cable! Another third party came & taken of damaged ends out that were broken off from these cords. We will be making our next move within 3 to 4 weeks and we are hoping this has not ruined our TV! Matt in the claims dept was excellent in setting up this third inspection!! Bethany was also excellent as being our co-ordinator

It was ok. Opon receiving items, at least a third did not have numbers in them. Several items were damaged

We have numerous items broken and marked up. I'm in the process of submitting paperwork to start the process of being reimbursed for everything damaged. I was totally offended by the listing of the state of our items (which I never got to see until after the items were moved) they stay they were soiled and dirty. They were absolutely not. We take good care of our items and I now feel this is going to be an issue to get our damaged and broken items refunded. Boxes arrived absolutely destroyed and numerous items inside were broken as well. This was our second time using Mayflower on a cross-country move (last time was perfect) this time was absolutely horrible. For shame Mayflower, you really sucked on our move.

This was the worst move that I have experienced. My goods were moved on and off trucks multiple times, my 2 bedroom apt took 5 hours to unload which resulted in damaged household goods, the driver came to my door with a cigarette in hand and my couch only had Saran Wrap on it as it was not properly padded so it was torn.

The moving coordinator, Bethany, was awful. The packers were overscheduled so they had to return for the second day in order to complete the job. The crate builders made mistakes and left room in the crates, although no damage was found to the art. The driver and movers were excellent and worked with me. The initial contact man, Trey, was excellent and answered questions when Bethany was unavailable.

Driver - Joe. He worked very hard and tried to be very helpful but for reasons out of his control (truck break down, inexperienced unloading crew, etc.,)we had a one day delay in delivery and some confusion about which items go to storage and which items go to new home.

There were items damaged and misdirected. The grandfather clock was mishandled.

Overall, very good experience. All contacts were friendly and helpful. Some pressed board furnishings did come with chipped corners and a mirror was missing but was reimbursed immediately.

The moment I called, I had quick service and very friendly people. They came on time to check my belongings prior to the move. When, I had more questions, they were very happy to answer.

All property was damaged when moving truck caught fire, repair and replacement process is ongoing. Most unsatisfied with time of notification of the damage, we didn't find out about it until I called to ask why delivery truck was late, the day after the accident occurred.
