The move was seamless. Packers were awesome, and nothing arrived broken. Quick and efficient in packing and unpacking, and truck arrived when expected.

The movers and drivers were very careful and courteous. There was good commmunication re: arrival time, and delivery.

Boer's Transfer & Storage is OUTSTANDING!

Came at appointed time. Efficient in packing and tagging items to be moved. Very professional. Enjoyed talking to the guys. Arrived at the destination at the appointed time. Again very professional in unloading and storing items.

Packing and loading were completed on the date and time arranged. Delivery was also as planned, even a few days earlier. All good were delivered and unwrapped with no damage. Nice work!

Boer’s employees were excellent to work with in every aspect. The local unload team (except the Boer’s driver) were not as competent as our load team.

Movers were terrific on both ends. It is pretty clear that damaged or lost items occurred during “shuffling” in warehouse as our goods were moved from truck to warehouse to another truck.

All around fantastic. Professional, personable movers who took care of my personal effects as if they were their own. For real. Dish packs and packaging for breakables was well executed and incredibly careful. I simply could not move my house without these guys. Load up was quick and efficient. Load off was efficient and I was consulted on where I would like each item/box deposited. Everything was handled with impeccable care and NOT ONE THING was damaged...because it was packed correctly and secured for transport. Mere words cannot suitably express how thankful I am for Boer's crew (Mayflower) on this move. Outstanding!

Mayflower made my moving experience so much easier

The men were polite, let me know when & where they were and worked hard in the heat of the day never complaining. Not one thing was broken. Very pleased and would recommend you to anyone.

Driver (Andy) and helpers in both Holland, MI, and Arlington, TX worked hard and did an excellent job. Only complaint was the underestimating by Larry on the number of boxes to be packed (despite visiting our house twice) which ended up costing us much more an anticipated.

It was fine. One piece of furniture damaged

We were fairly pleased over all. We did have a few issues , but nothing major.

We were very pleased with the courtesy shown and the professionalism demonstrated by our Mayflower workers. They also went the extra mile packing delicate items which we weren’t aware until unpacking our items. Overall terrific experience. There were a couple damaged items but I fully expect they will make good on. Thank you for moving our stuff 1300 miles safely.

We have moved many times over the years. Boer's is by far one of the best moving companies we have ever used. They are efficient, organized, communicate extremely well and over all a pleasure to due business with.

All personnel were great to work with. somewhat disappointed with the Tuesday departure when all was packed and loaded the prior Thursday. Wish we had realized how overwhelming unpacking was going to be

Overall, they did an excellent job. The box packers, truck packers and unpackers were polite and efficient.

Our driver was organized and efficient. The runners were friendly and hard workers. We were very pleased with our first cross country move we've ever had to make and would call on Mayflower to do it again without hesitation.

Note; Simply moving some furniture & smaller items from my deceased mother's room in a memory care nursing home environment in Holland MI to our home in Lone Tree IA. Results: process occurred smoothly & within time interval expected.

The move was fine, though there could have been better communication so we would know just what to expect.

I am very satisfied with my overall experience with Mayflower. From getting the estimate, purchasing boxes/supplies, to loading and unloading! Scott was great!

I have only been able to unpack half my belongings but I couldn't find a parts box or bag and the parts found didn't have the plugs that my desk shelves fit on. I had to buy those. Desk drawer was broke during move but replaced with similar drawer the same day by local mover. Very impressive. The movers I dealt with in Holland and in Fort Collins were the most professional I've ever experienced! My biggest complaint is the smoking. Even though smokers smoke outside the home, they still smell like smoke and unfortunately, I am very sensitive to smells. Otherwise, so far so good. I don't think I will be able to unpack everything within 90 days so I hope all is good.

Had a Great Experience with my relocation. The movers in New Jersey went over and beyond what was required by putting together my bed frame, tv stand, and making sure everything was over and above. The only time I worried was went the movers packing my stuff in Kalamazoo were hauling out my dishes. I informed them there were dished in there but they put it on a doley and it clunked down 3 flights of stairs. (Lucky I extra bubbled wrapped it) Also, I asked the movers packing my stuff if they had an extra box since my car was already full and they didn't which I was informed they were going to bring extra boxes. I had to throw something's away...

From the start You were very timely with answering all of my questions- no matter how annoying they might have been lol. A gigantic thank you to the MOVERS on the day of the move!!! Mr. Gordon Arnold along with Scott, Emmett and Elijah were super awesome!!! These guys rock! Everyone was very kind and patient with me and my family (moving day can be chaotic as you know). This was a move across the country from Mi to AZ and I was nervous about it as it was my first move of this type. My fears were calmed by the professional service I received from start to finish. Everyone was patient with me and full of the information I needed right up until the mover Jason R came on the scene the day of. He and his helper were quick and pleasant and I was loaded and ready to roll very quickly and safely. My things arrived in perfect order sooner than I thought and all was right in my world. I would definitely call them again to assist in a move but hopefully won't have to do this again. Moving is stressful but Mayflower got me through it. Thanks again to all involved.

The whole experience was great! Dan and Sharon were always updating me on the progress of when my cabinet would arrive. The caninet arrived safelty and on time. I am very happy!'

No issues with move

This is the second time my family has used Mayflower and we have been impressed both times. We experienced great service, hard workers, and professionalism at all levels.

overall I am satisfied with the Muskegon end of the move. No one walked me through the house and pointed out any damaged goods but a scratched night stand was noted on the pick up papaerwork. There was no damage to the night stand before they picked it up. A few things were packed wrong and got damaged. The delivery was not as good as the pack-up. The guy taking stuff off the truck and moving it to my appartment was a little careless with my furniture. I kept saying "be careful, that scratches easily". I would let anyone know these facts however I would tell them all in all, Mayflower/Boers did a good job. Boers is working on resolution of my claimed dameaged goods. I trust there will be an acceptable result.
