Overall, it was a good experience, having moved my own stuff a number of times it was nice to have someone else packing and moving furniture. It was also nice to have my own furniture and personal belongings show up the day after we arrived in Montana.

Overall, everything went very smoothly from packing, loading and unloading.

From initially talking to Carl and Tina to finishing the moving process with Brian and Lance, everyone from Fort Dearborn was very professional and great to work with. When unloading the truck at our new home, two of the men brought their girlfriends/wives with them. To put it politely, they were not up to the Mayflower standard.

While picking up my items a wall was gouged and a floor was scratched. The date delivery was scheduled somebody else's items were brought to my house. my items were delivered a day later.

Our mover Chad is very professional. He organized packing, loading, delivery for both my laboratory equipment and furniture. There are no damage and loss. All items are organized room by room.
