Outstanding experience with Mayflower during our recent move from start to finish!

Everyone we worked with was very helpful and responsive. Despite moving a huge household including art and delicate antiques, only 1 item had damage, and that was minor (cracked the tablet holder on my treadmill).

Load out and packing team was efficient and friendly. Move in team was equally as good. Overall very good. One item misplaced and not yet found seems to be a reasonable rate of success.

It was a very good experience, no problems. The driver Prince was wonderful and easy to work with. I have nothing but good to say about Mayflower. Beth was wonderful and very helpful.

Excellence in customer service from the initial appointment to the follow up after delivery. Truck driver contracted, Jamie, was prompt, professional and thorough. Moving coordinator, Paula, was excellent and personable. Great service.

Satisfied with most aspects of my move. Packers and were great. Driver very nice and delivered my goods in excellent shape. I was disappointed with the men who unpacked the truck. I have numero scratches and dents on my walls and floor.

The quote, survey, etc. portion of the move was excellent, 5+ stars. Our main frustration was the loading and unloading. Our mattresses where not put in boxes. There was a tall lamp lost. There was significant damaged to 3 chairs. In the packing process we had paper plate that were wrapped in multiple layers of paper, but our printer for our computer was just loose in a box. There were several instances of this.

The people in the O'Fallon IL office coordinated the cross country move for my recent college grad daughter. It couldn't have been easier! They were so nice and helpful every step of the way. The communication was excellent. The movers were professional and careful both in IL and Dallas TX

The movers were great and both teams did all they could to make it a smooth move. Team 1 packed all they could day 1 & day 2, 5 movers came. Team 1 continued to pack what was left & Team 2 loaded what they could. Both worked in harmony with no setbacks & got the job done. Very nice people.

Great pack and move. There was some minor breakage of packed lamps and a major gouge in the top of the dining room table noted by the driver in storage. Still, there overall effort was great especially by our delivery driver Danny

The movers (picking up) from O'Fallon, IL were excellent. The mover that delivered the items in Durango CO were not as good. They dropped boxes, called out numbered expecting us to locate the boxes, wanted to come through the house from the front instead of going around to the back, just did not seem very professional & seemed to have difficulty speaking English

Very pleased. Beth Goetluck was amazing to work with! And Paula as well. Not only would I recommend - but I got Beth another job before mine even happened based on her customer service upfront. I was that impressed! She went above and beyond! And we both had great overall move experiences as well! I only had two things show up broken - and smaller items - not too bad!

Had a 9am window-10am. Driver texted us at 9 and changed our delivery time to 130. Coordinator called at 940 and asked how move was going. Not a big deal but we planned on getting our stuff around 9am

Estimator was very close on the weight. Packers did fairly well. Movers damaged kitchen counter top during loading process. I pointed this out to the man on site when I noticed it and he did not mention need for documentation. Since I did not fill out any paperwork regarding this, I was not allowed to make a claim.

The employees were nice, but two months later remain frustrated over the damage to my household items. Though some damage usually occurs, I find the damage to my items were out of bad judgement and lack of caring.

The people that sold the move did great. The driver and crew that showed up to load us out were horrific! They had an attitude and even threatened to pull the truck out. The attitude was one of the most unprofessional that we have ever seen!! The move was supposed to take 3 days, one day to pack remaining boxes that my wife didn't pack and 2 days to load the truck. The packing day was cancelled and the driver showed up on the first day to load and said this will get done today and we won't be coming back tomorrow! Nothing was organized during the load, rooms and pieces were randomly loaded and then loose pieces were randomly picked up 2-3 hours later. TV's were packed without packing, memory foam mattress was not boxed or packaged, it was thrown on top of stuff. Valuable furnishings were not wrapped or covered. Loose parts were tossed in randomly with other items. Fragile boxes were ignored and crushed! Totally incompetent, rude, & very disrespectful to us and our belongings!

All aspects of the move went extremely well. Our furniture/possessions were packed with care. The Mayflower employees and contractors were professional, courteous, and alwaqys on time.

This was the worst move I have made in my entire life, and I have moved many times. It cost me over eleven thousand dollars out of my own pocket to be down here to live near my children. It took four times to deliver my belongings!

My furniture was handled 4 times ! The time of the deliverly was not transmitted to me in a timely manner! I had to call 3 or 4 times to get delivery status enven the day of delivery.i was told my sleep comfort bed wound be shipped with air in it in box! The packers were not aware of capping the valves so it could be shipped with air. I had to order new air bladder for one side and and we could use our bed got me mattress today July 25 so no bed since July 19 til today. I realize errors happen but we were the customers without our bed. In the damaged bed we found a screw driver in the zipper liner with some type of back stain which we cleaned as best we could.You sales lady was outstanding and a great communicator ! The original loaders could use some training but the unloading team were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us! All other damage was minor as compared to bed!

Everyone I encountered at Mayflower was first rate and very personable. Paula, Beth, Drivers, packers were all great people. My issue is in between my load up and my delivery , according to the delivery driver my load was unloaded and reloaded twice which resulted in some damage to some old furniture, and the undercarriage to my riding lawnmower was disconnected I think due to the unfamiliarity of personnel on how to use this type of mower, although I did show the pickup driver how to use it, it went through two transfers I'm sure it got lost in the communication "stream" somewhereThere will not be a claim as the furniture value is negligible, but it was an annoyance just the same. I will continue to recommend Mayflower to others if asked.

The entire process was seamless and stress free. Beth did a great job assessing our needs and providing our estimate. The guys who loaded us were very professional. Paula was a great move coordinator and did a wonderful job staying in contact. The guys who did our delivery were very efficient and pleasant. Kudos to all.

Estimator and move coordinator were fantastic. Movers were not Mayflower, but they were polite and nice and mostly competent. Overall it could have been worse, but also could have been better.
