We were very pleased with the courtesy shown and the professionalism demonstrated by our Mayflower workers. They also went the extra mile packing delicate items which we weren’t aware until unpacking our items. Overall terrific experience. There were a couple damaged items but I fully expect they will make good on. Thank you for moving our stuff 1300 miles safely.

We have moved many times over the years. Boer's is by far one of the best moving companies we have ever used. They are efficient, organized, communicate extremely well and over all a pleasure to due business with.

All personnel were great to work with. somewhat disappointed with the Tuesday departure when all was packed and loaded the prior Thursday. Wish we had realized how overwhelming unpacking was going to be

Time agreed on for packing truck and delivery of items was met. Employees were courteous and worked steadily at pick up and also delivery. I was very disappointed in the fact that boxes packed by employees were mostly marked “miss” or not marked at all-other items were put into boxes I had begun packing, and the new items were not listed on the boxes. There was a box of grandfather clock mechanics that had been packed for the move by a local clock business and I told each employee that the box had to be kept WITH the clock, but it took a week after the move in for me to find the package because the movers fit NOT keep keep box/clock together. Instead, they put it in a box under books and did NOT indicate that the package was in the box of books. A second BIG disappointment is that I have unpacked everything labeled as a connection to the living room or dining room and have NOT found my Apple TV power pack. That has necessitated ordering new equipment,costing $53.00 in addition to time

This was my fourth corporate move, I knew what to expect. The driver and his crew delivered on all of my expectations. All of my belongings were delivered when expected.

Our driver was organized and efficient. The runners were friendly and hard workers. We were very pleased with our first cross country move we've ever had to make and would call on Mayflower to do it again without hesitation.

Note; Simply moving some furniture & smaller items from my deceased mother's room in a memory care nursing home environment in Holland MI to our home in Lone Tree IA. Results: process occurred smoothly & within time interval expected.

No problems at the start but not as happy with the move into the house at the destination. I was told when the truck would be here. It got to the house 2 hours earlier than they said. In that time they stuck a lot of boxes in the house and basement in all the wrong places even though the boxes were marked. Because they stacked the boxes in the basement 3 thick, I couldn't tell what was back there. Boxes marked basement in the master bedroom closet etc. Ended up moving a lot of boxes after they left. Didn't help when they were leveling their base they took boxes from all different rooms. When they brought them in the house, there might be 5 boxes on the dolly, going to 3 different places, but they didn't all get to the right room despite my standing there and telling them where things were to go. Didn't help the hole in the king matteress and broken hinge on the fish tank. Told the movers about these before they left. Also floor lamp base was broken.

I have only been able to unpack half my belongings but I couldn't find a parts box or bag and the parts found didn't have the plugs that my desk shelves fit on. I had to buy those. Desk drawer was broke during move but replaced with similar drawer the same day by local mover. Very impressive. The movers I dealt with in Holland and in Fort Collins were the most professional I've ever experienced! My biggest complaint is the smoking. Even though smokers smoke outside the home, they still smell like smoke and unfortunately, I am very sensitive to smells. Otherwise, so far so good. I don't think I will be able to unpack everything within 90 days so I hope all is good.

Had a Great Experience with my relocation. The movers in New Jersey went over and beyond what was required by putting together my bed frame, tv stand, and making sure everything was over and above. The only time I worried was went the movers packing my stuff in Kalamazoo were hauling out my dishes. I informed them there were dished in there but they put it on a doley and it clunked down 3 flights of stairs. (Lucky I extra bubbled wrapped it) Also, I asked the movers packing my stuff if they had an extra box since my car was already full and they didn't which I was informed they were going to bring extra boxes. I had to throw something's away...

I am highly impressed with the patientence and cooperation from the entire staff. From the start You were very timely with answering all of my questions- no matter how annoying they might have been lol. A gigantic thank you to the MOVERS on the day of the move!!! Mr. Gordon Arnold along with Scott, Emmett and Elijah were super awesome!!! These guys rock! Everyone was very kind and patient with me and my family (moving day can be chaotic as you know). Mr. Gordon delivered our belongings on time and as scheduled 48 hours later-really impressed with this guy. This team receives a high excellence grade from me and my family.
