I am very pleased with the people that run this operation from the beginning to end. The scheduler, driver and movers are all a great team.

They were very professional and friendly. Everything was packed perfectly. Nothing was broken. They were timely when they arrived and knew what they were doing. I was very impressed and will tell others. I would use Mayflower again also.

I was very impressed with Muscle Relocation’s services throughout all aspects of my relocation. They did a wonderful job with packing all of my belongings. On loading day it was exceptionally hot and they never slowed down at any time. All of them were soaking wet with sweat when the job was done and their sense of friendship and good humor was still intact. Not only were the gentleman who were assigned to my job fun and professional to work with, but Kim in the front office was always available to answer all of my myriad questions with a smile in her voice. While they arrived at my new house later than I would have liked, it was because they had another job to complete the day before & due to DOT regulations, could not set out to my new home until a certain time, which I understood. They did a great job unloading my belongings & with a few exceptions put everything where they needed to go.

Kim and Phil are the best! We have moved 4 times in the last 12 years and this was by far the smoothest move yet! They both have great attitudes and were great at communicating along the way!

The person who scheduled the service was very nice, excellent, the personal who came to do the moving was excellent, the reason of my score is because the second truck is delayed I'm still waiting for it, it has taken more time that I was told, that is very annoying.

I concidered this move as one of the best I have experience in spite of it starting a bit late because of unavoidable truck issues. Your driver and helpers never stopped, never complained and just did excellent job.

The people in Poplar Bluff (Muscle Transportation) were excellent. They preformed Everything they promised and on time. The problems began when our furniture was not transported as promised and we were continually put off with excuses about not being able to get a truck driver. It was finally delivered 8 days late in poor condition. Boxes were mashed, tool box had been broken and a box of my husband's clothes were missing. When we tried to question anything, the driver was very defensive. At that point, we just wanted them to leave. We expected great service but received such poor service that we won't ever recommend Mayflower and will never use you again.

The driver was very nice and helpful as well as the contact people. The only issue I have is I have 1 box missing that contained an very old wooden grain bin with iron handle and was full of McCall's country candles - over a dozen of them, they were in a large UHaul box.

The pickup went smoothly, our delivery date was set for 21st of December with a possibility of a delivery on the 20th. We didn't receive our household items until the 3rd of January due to the fact that the first 2 drivers assigned to haul our load, rejected our load. A third driver picked up our load, but it took 10 days to get here. Called the customer service dept, spoke to a gent (Greg if I recall correctly) that didn't seem to really care about our situation. Seeing as how the contract expired on the 30th of December, it dawned upon me that Mayflower breached the very contract they had written. Fired off an email 2 days after unloading and unpacking, have yet to hear a response. Am considering seriously about retaining an attorney and suing Mayflower for breach of contract.
