The entire team was excellent! Phillip Jones, who quoted the move, Anita, my contact at the company, D'Noah and team of movers were all wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. Phillip was good about the pricing and gave me free "used" boxes. I really appreciated that. Anita called to keep me informed from start to finish and followed up several times after the move. Finally, D'Noah moved everything so well, they were very polite and even got me a coke when I got overheated. I was very happy with this move.

The parameters of our move were a bit unusual and I had no idea what I needed to do but but between our wonderful move coordinator and our awesome driver, they handled everything beautifully and efficiently. Even the two packers were wonderful to work with and obviously well known to the driver and move coordinator as good-hearted, hard-working young men. I could not have asked for a better team to hold my hand and walk me through this overwhelming and exhausting task.

There is only one thing that I would change. I opted to pay for the disassembly of my king size bed that happens to have a canopy railing at the top, the 2nd party service that was sent out to disassemble it, though they were very nice and professional, didn't do much of the disassembly. They literally just took down the small railing at the top of my gigantic post. The disassembly of the bed was actually done by the truck driver and his assistants. I feel like the driver needs to have the option to make the money the 2nd party workers are charging if ultimately the driver is the one doing the actual work. My driver didn't complain about this whatsoever, however, I did ask him if I could tell the coordinator that he was The one that had to take the bed apart. On my paperwork it did say that the canopy was the only thing to be disassembled, I just think that for 124 dollars the whole bed should have been disassembled, not just something that took merely 5 min. And if I had been completely aware that this was the only thing that I was being charged for, I wouldn't have chosen to have it disassembled.

Every one in the company treated us with respect. The movers personal treated our furniture as there own.
