Overall very good. One packer in Omaha(not Sam)did not pack China well & breakage occurred. The 2 local unloaders in CO were disagreeable & 1 dinged walls then denied it even though I had seen him do it. Denny addressed this & no more dings occurred.

Outstanding move. We have moved countless times because of my military career. This move was by far the best - due to the hard work, professionalism and timeliness of Greg and Sean. Those two guys did the entire move for us. They were awesome!

A series of miscommunications from a separate moving company left us without a moving company a week before our move. I called Mayflower and they swooped in and literally saved the day. They were professional and communicative every step of the way. Mayflower made our move very smooth. They were careful with our items and loaded and unloaded our stuff in a quick manner. I liked that the truck driver was the same at both ends of our move. He was friendly and helpful.

I was a little concerned about knowing my move date, because I moved to Brooklyn where things are a little hectic. So I didn't know what day my stuff would come until essentially the last minute. In the end, my stuff was delivered on the last possible day. However, loading and unloading was very quick and efficient and the movers were professional on both ends.

Josh, Ronnie, and our driver, Tim, as well as the ground crews in Omaha and San Diego were helpful, hardworking, and provided good communication throughout the moving process. Yes, we had a few scratches and dings, which is pretty normal, but the team handled all of our belongings with such care, it was nice to experience that level of service.

This was the second of our two-part move from Nebraska to North Carolina. Both parts went smoothly and with few surprises. For this 2nd move, I want to compliment the the estimator for capturing all that needed to be done, and the employees who performed the actual move. With both packing/loading, and unloading/unpacking, the employees worked hard and well, took care to pack/unpack my belongings carefully and securely, and explained anything unusual to me. I had no damage or loss. All were friendly and professional. Thank You!

My overall move experience was excellent due to: 1)The pre-move. The preparation by JR and Wink and their team was outstanding in preparing me for the move and helping me to understand everything that was involved in the process. They also were instrumental in providing me with materials that helped facilitate the move. They kept me informed on every step of the process and their communication to me was commendable.

Josh Mac Callum was excellent throughout the entire process, from lining up our truck to advising us on our packing of our household goods. Thomas Smith and his helpers were great during the loading and unloading of our furniture. We would recommend Mayflower to anyone considering a move.

We had a great experience with the people, both from the initial contact and the driver mover. The area of difficulty was that there didn't seem to be the necessary help to move our bed and the treadmill. I was nearly 1,000 miles away trying to explain how to move things. Also, the weight was miscalculated - not an issue for me but I know it caused some consternation for the driver/mover. We do have a couple dings on items and one broken lamp. Not huge deal, things happen in moving. Ultimately, all worked well. The people were all professional and courteous. I appreciated all that was done.

The driver didn't manage the boxes that were packed by Mayflower ahead of him arriving. He provided no tracking on them - not even the high value items. He check the items that he packed off as they left the truck, but not the ones that were packed by the packers nor did he provide me with any tools or instruction to do so.

Have never moved with professional movers until this move. Each person with whom I interacted was pleasant and hard working and knew how to perform his job properly. I have not been able to unpack many fragile items yet. Those that are unpacked are in good condition. I have noted damage to three tables and will complete appropriate forms when I have finished unpacking. Overall I had a very good experience with Mayflower. Additionally, my binding bid was at least $1500 lower than the bid from a similar company and the estimated weight was very close to the actual weight. Thanks to all.

The agent who came to the house (Jos) was very helpful. He also provided boxes well before the move. The promised phone calls were on time and accurate (Ronnie). The few things we had packed were done well and arrived safely. The unload was smooth and timely. There were a few things damaged (drawer pull fell off a chest) and there was a miscommunication about two wardrobe boxes. It caused a momentary panic but all worked out well. The claims adjuster (Tony) was helpful in getting to the bottom of the situation. Basically, three wardrobe boxes were combined into one without letting anyone know.

Two phase move - 60% to storage 40% to an apartment. Missing material at final delivery (we are still trying to assess what is missing - running list since we have only been unpacking for a week). Also, incorrect dates, poor communication and overall confusion. Sales agent Josh McCallum was poor at best. Actual movers have no ideal what a box marked "up" means - some trashed belongings due to this dislyxia. Damaged leather recliners, smashed garage equipment etc.

Some minor damage to interior doors and walls in old home during move that were not reported. Filed a damage claim to a bed on delivery.....we'll see how it goes. The personnel at all levels were professional and very helpful (especially Adam - his approach as our first contact was the reason we decided on Mayflower).

The whole experience was easy for us. The initial quote was guaranteed and we received a refund because our weight was below the estimate. The crews were helpful and personable at both ends. Our driver was quick and very capable. Nothing was broken and nothing was missing. This is a happily ever after ending.
