Loading not completed in one day as expected, but driver came up with alternate plan to keep us on schedule. Inconvenient but did the best that he could.

3 young movers arrived on time and took care of business. professional and very competent. i reviewed which items were going and which were not. packed , moved and done. those 3 folks need a raise for working hard on a saturday!

Everyone involved in my move (Jessica, Perry, Jason (driver)) were all just terrific, including the onsite labor that handled the furniture. Thorough, friendly, helpful - the perfect team.There was nothing to improve on.

Charged $500 for drivers refusal to use our road Over 2 hrs late.Delivery 2 hrs late. Boxes marked fragile thrown from truck,boxes marked this side up were upside down. Boxes damaged,mattress damaged ,elevator overloaded and damaged We will submit a claim and legal recourse for $500. Worst move imaginable

Changed the closing date to accommodate McLaughlin Moving. Flew across the country for moving date of 10/2/17. They never showed. Went to wrong town. Was told by Jessica Zadlo that they would be there between 3-6pm. Got a txt the morning of 10/2/17 from Perry Saunders stating that they would be there between 12-2pm. Waited all day. Was never able to reach Jessica or Perry and spoke with another employee, who called and said the truck was in Hollis, NH and looking for directions. I have never heard of Hollis NH, nor was the paper work stating that. It was Silver Lake NH. Was promised that they would arrive the next day between 8 & 9 am. They didn't show till 9:45am. During this miss hap, and couldn't get a hold of anyone at McLaughlin, Called MO and they couldn't get a hold of anyone at McLaughlin.

Communication Was always good. Always important for questions from customer and for contacting customer to set up time. Very professional workers on all levels.

Perry and Jessica were fantastic. Packers just OK. Move out great. Move in not as good, but OK. Biggest disappointment is not having refuge removal all set up from start. We struggled with this and it left a bad taste. It took a lot of work to get it done and then not as early as we would have liked. We paid too to much and had to assist in getting everything into the truck.

Move consisted of local move and long haul simultaneously. two separate vehicles, two crews. Except for a slight time delay, both moves went flawlessly

Movers on both ends were fine but communication was pitiful. On the pickup end, we didn't find out the truck wasn't coming until WE reached out and asked where the driver was only to be told that the driver wasn't coming until tomorrow. Weight estimate was WAY off. On the pickup end, they rescheduled again so that we only had 1 day notice and had to scramble to have someone there for the movers. Complained directly to the moving coordinator and managers with zero response after 1 week. Extremely frustrated and no one cares.

I have never experienced anything like my move in my life. It was deplorable, non professional and a terrible experience. I will never use this company again. They did not know what customer service was, nothing but promises and lies N/G. never received phone calls from the office. Just left not knowing what was taking place, This was my second move by this company, I should have known better as my first experience was just as bad. I believe this company should be reported to the BBB, rated so other people would not be given promises that they never kept. From the sales department to mgr's to the president of the company, they should be listed as a second rate company, and this information should be placed on their advertisement's I WILL NEVER EVER CALL THIS CIOMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING>

We have done 4 interstate moves in the past 10 years. The other ones were very positive experiences. This one was a sad saga. We schedule early since we knew summer was busy time. It was characterized with very poor communications, last minute delays on pick up and delivery very late, furniture damaged.

Both teams were efficient friendly and helpful. It's hard to believe how much the loading team was able to put into one container and how fast the unloading team was able to unload it. We had a very positive experience with this move

This was the worst experience we've had moving. Over 75% boxes damaged, ALL furniture damaged, computer broken (packed by company), boxes that aren't ours, shipment 2 weeks late, no communication, still no response from customer service (Donna). Unacceptable. We spent over $10,000 to for you to move our life, and you treated our belongings like garbage and now we can't get anyone to call us or email us, just a blank form to hand in. The fragile boxes we were told would be handled with the utmost care were on the bottom of the truck, smashed. All our wood furniture is scratched and gouged. We had to reassemble everything ourselves. You were almost 2 weeks late, and we received no emails or phone calls with updates. I had to call the driver. I was told by the driver not to bother checking the numbers against the inventory sheets that it "would take took long, everything was there". We're not sure everything is, because it's all piled in 1 room, but we have boxes that aren't ours.

The delivery date should be on time every time. The 100.00 dollars per day. Is no where enough to what I or anyone moving 3000 miles and finding out you don't have excess to any thing u own for 10 days. Same on you.

I was told the loading of my move would take 2 days. This was scheduled for a Friday and the following Monday. I had to be out of the home by Tuesday morning due to a close. On Thursday I was called and told they would not be coming on Friday and would have to load me up all in one day. I said okay as long as there were enough people to get it done on the Monday. Then told they would arrive between 8-10am on Monday. At 10:30am a guy arrives with a small box truck and says..."don't worry...I'll have a bigger truck tomorrow". I told him that wouldn't work and I had to be out that same day. He made calls...I made calls...was finally told they were bringing in a crew (paying them cash on the side) and pulling guys off another job (they never showed up). We finished loading at 11:30pm. My wife & I stayed up and cleaned to prepare for an 8am walkthrough. This was booked over a month ahead of time. My paperwork had correct dates. I was never compensated for anything!

Our overall experience was very positive! We hired Mayflower 3 weeks before our move across country and they made accommodations to fit us in and make the move as easy and flawless as possible. I highly recommend Mayflower Movers!

This was our third time moving cross country, so we know what questions to ask. We used your company for our last move, and it went well enough, so we figured this time around would be similar... WRONG! The agent that we used was not honest and upfront in the initial answers that they provided us, otherwise what ended up happening with our move never should have happened. Due to their overbooking, our move date got bumped, and then bumped again, causing us and our landlords a huge inconvenience and stress. We were also told that our belongings would never spend time in storage, wrong again. They lied to my face and then back-tracked later when I found out otherwise. Items were damaged due to the multiple shifting around of belongings. Things went somewhat smoother once an actual driver was finally assigned, but at that point the agent basically checked out. Overall, I felt neglected and completely disregarded throughout the process and it was very stressful!

I was very pleased with the entire mive, the pckers were on time, professional, and likewise with the delivery end, the office staff, went above and beyond in assidtance snd answering my many questions.

Everyone was very professional to deal with and took good care of my furnishings. Furniture arrived to new location in good shape and ahead of schedule. The only issue, (that didnt affect me, directly, but might have, if i didnt get the estimate before i decided to get rid of a bunch of things), was that accirding to the packers, the estimate didnt invlude anything in the kitchen. So they had to bring more boxes the next day. But since we threw out/gave away or sold s large number of loose tools in the basement, as well as couch, dresser, and large table saw/table, we didnt go over on weight.

The two Scotts are fantastic employees and are expert movers in every respect always taking great care to protect our most delicate possessions, always friendly and accommodating. When problems arose, such as when they could not access our street because of low-hanging wires, they were proactive in searching out solutions to keep the move on schedule. Your Company should be very proud of these extremely hard work and trust worthy men.

The team that loaded in NH was great. Aside from some floor damage in MN the delivery team was great. Driver was also great and is working with me re: floor damage since under $1,000. Waiting for news on delivery was not so great. I had requested the earlier part of the window several times since i was starting a new job and my father was in MN until the final day of the window. I went to the website several times but it was rarely updated and no one was available in office to update me. The update i finally got was it would arrive the last day of the window, thursday. The driver pushed to get there wednesday which was great and highly appreciated but it felt like he never got that info from anyone ahead of time and the fact that the site wasn't updated caused a lot of grief. Better communication is my biggest feedback.
