Loading not completed in one day as expected, but driver came up with alternate plan to keep us on schedule. Inconvenient but did the best that he could.

3 young movers arrived on time and took care of business. professional and very competent. i reviewed which items were going and which were not. packed , moved and done. those 3 folks need a raise for working hard on a saturday!

The movers dropped a handmade table, broke a piece off and the most disturbing part, glued it back on with glue running down the table and the piece not on in the right position. The issue here, the table is priceless, made by an artist in Missouri, it can not be replaced, now it’s also to late getting it professionally repaired, just very poor handling a situation. My $8000 mattresses were not even covered by a plastic cover like they said it was supposed to be. All in all, I believe that there was a lack of supervision over the move. For the amount of money charged, I could have hired someone off the beat and path and probably ended with the same results, but I choose a world company and not at all get what I expected. My recommendation, don’t expect what is promised. Sadly disappointed.

Jessica and Perry were great! Both were very knowlegeable about the entire process and supportive step by step. The moving crew were professional but courteous as well. I was updated as needed and received up to date from the office/driver.

Everyone involved in my move (Jessica, Perry, Jason (driver)) were all just terrific, including the onsite labor that handled the furniture. Thorough, friendly, helpful - the perfect team.There was nothing to improve on.

Perry and Jessica were fantastic. Packers just OK. Move out great. Move in not as good, but OK. Biggest disappointment is not having refuge removal all set up from start. We struggled with this and it left a bad taste. It took a lot of work to get it done and then not as early as we would have liked. We paid too to much and had to assist in getting everything into the truck.

Move consisted of local move and long haul simultaneously. two separate vehicles, two crews. Except for a slight time delay, both moves went flawlessly

Both teams were efficient friendly and helpful. It's hard to believe how much the loading team was able to put into one container and how fast the unloading team was able to unload it. We had a very positive experience with this move

Our overall experience was very positive! We hired Mayflower 3 weeks before our move across country and they made accommodations to fit us in and make the move as easy and flawless as possible. I highly recommend Mayflower Movers!

I was very pleased with the entire mive, the pckers were on time, professional, and likewise with the delivery end, the office staff, went above and beyond in assidtance snd answering my many questions.

Everyone was very professional to deal with and took good care of my furnishings. Furniture arrived to new location in good shape and ahead of schedule. The only issue, (that didnt affect me, directly, but might have, if i didnt get the estimate before i decided to get rid of a bunch of things), was that accirding to the packers, the estimate didnt invlude anything in the kitchen. So they had to bring more boxes the next day. But since we threw out/gave away or sold s large number of loose tools in the basement, as well as couch, dresser, and large table saw/table, we didnt go over on weight.

The two Scotts are fantastic employees and are expert movers in every respect always taking great care to protect our most delicate possessions, always friendly and accommodating. When problems arose, such as when they could not access our street because of low-hanging wires, they were proactive in searching out solutions to keep the move on schedule. Your Company should be very proud of these extremely hard work and trust worthy men.

The team that loaded in NH was great. Aside from some floor damage in MN the delivery team was great. Driver was also great and is working with me re: floor damage since under $1,000. Waiting for news on delivery was not so great. I had requested the earlier part of the window several times since i was starting a new job and my father was in MN until the final day of the window. I went to the website several times but it was rarely updated and no one was available in office to update me. The update i finally got was it would arrive the last day of the window, thursday. The driver pushed to get there wednesday which was great and highly appreciated but it felt like he never got that info from anyone ahead of time and the fact that the site wasn't updated caused a lot of grief. Better communication is my biggest feedback.
