The supervisor/driver instilled confidence in us. He was methodical but understood that moving house was a stressful time. The workers were very good despite it being a demanding and difficult move.

Great driver Ken and crew. Excellent job in wrapping everything and packing. Also disassembled and reassembled several items. Worked hard without taking a break for lunch. Just took longer to new location than anticipated

The only thing that I didnt like is that they picked up our stuff with one truck then unloaded our stuff into a warehouse then a trucker came and picked our stuff up and bought it to us in Arizona but before he bought it to us he had to unwrap everyting and re wrap it with his blankets. So he left all 8 of our giant baskets unwrapped. They were unlocked and unseucred and clothing could have fallen out of them and we wouldnt even know it. Everyone I worked with was professional and very nice. The guys who did the actual packing and moving actually seemed to be having a good time, in spite of the very hard work they were doing.

The move was good, but there was a breakdown in time to deliver. It took eight days and we were told to expect three. It was in the contract for seven so nothing can change on that, but the delay eventually was one day over contract. Mayflower management did address with some compensation, and revise some operating procedures on contract-process management. That is a good thing.

Mayflower was professional and friendly from first phone call to final delivery. The team we worked with was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My first phone call with Steve, estimate with Marie, organizer Bridget and driver Gilbert all deserve to be recognized.

We were well guided along the way. Everything was on time and on budget. We got all the help we asked for. As bad as moving as moving is, Mayflower made the best of it. The pricing was on the higher side of normal. Don’t let fly by night high pressure sales people from who knows where tell you otherwise.

Took longer than I expected, but still happened within the window I was told at the beginning. Price never varied. Actual loading/unloading service was excellent; crews on both ends were extremely professional and helpful.
