The experience at each step was absolutely outstanding. I was very impressed with Ray Rodarte. The moving professionals who packed my goods were outstanding as well. The three gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very impressive. They did an outstanding job also.

Scheduling was was easy, they were very helpful considering I wasn't local anymore, and the actual packing and loading was extremely smooth and efficient.

There were some small issues with a couple of items after moving, and there was some miscommunication between the house packing personnel and the house packing personnel, but everything was handled in a timely manner. All of the employees were friendly and conscientious.

Overall everyone involved was responsive, professional and courteous. Definitely made the move pleasant and seamless.
