Mayflower employees were quick to respond to any inquiries I had. The delivery time frame was fair on on time. The movers were quick and efficient on both ends.

The driver, Earl, was excellent- polite and efficient. The crew loading our stuff in New York was also excellent and respectful. The crew unloading in Norfolk was lacking. We also needed one more body for Norfolk.

I had an impeccable experience with Mayflower. I’ve been using Mayflower moving & Storage company since 1994. I’ve moved approx 8 times. This last one was a state move from NY to Florida . I had 2 teams one picked up and one delivered. They were both fantastic!!!! My salesperson Hope was amazing too! Everything couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you Mayflower for a great transition

The entire experience was an easy one. From start to finish, the process was not a stressful one.

Overall very happy with the move, other than the 3 day delay beyond delivery window, but in any case, Mayflower compensated us reasonably for the delay.

Everyone was first class, from the moment I called for a quote and spoke to Shamira, then to Steven, the Sales Mgr. Hope Kroez, the estimator, was amazing and so helpful. Jennifer, our move coordinator, was also great! The day of our move, Juan and his team did an amazing job packing up the furniture and moving it into the van for it's first transport out to LI where it was transferred to John Cook to bring to our home in Tulsa. John, Steve and Ray were also amazing as they placed it in our new home. T

Mayflower made a very nerve wracking move easier. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly. They kept in touch with us every step of the way so we didn’t have to focus on this step of the moving process. We chose Mayflower because they are a reputable well-established company and they did not disappoint.

From intake to survey to coordination, service was spectacularly good. The people were kind, warm, and highly professional.

The movers were professional and courteous. Very efficient. On the delivery, the wood floors were scratched in a number of places. Not great since this is a rented condo and I’ll need to repair.

Dennis and his crew were excellent! Showed up early and were extremely fast, helpful and friendly.

Jack made me feel comfortable. I trusted his judgement n did not look for another company.

Jennifer Kellogg, my representative that I worked with was very good at her job, and helped relieve some of the anxiety that goes with moving, she is an excellent asset!

Moving is a very stressful and exhausting experience; but Mr Seligson and Ms Kellog worked with me to facilitate the process. I was pleasantly surprised to have my belongings delivered to my new home; 4 days after it was picked up from my former residence in New York.

I’m satisfying the job Mayflower had done for us. Mr. Chris Blank did an excellent job of the survey/inventory, he is very professional and dedicated to his work, he taught us how to pack, he left us notes and drawings of different sizes of the packaging boxes, that’s very helpful. Also during the packing we have questions or some changes, I emailed him, he would answer back right way even in weekends. Thanks Chris!
