Overall I would say the move was ok. I am aware that moving cross country during the holidays is not the best season for this. This timeline could not be avoided.

Picked up & delivered merchandise as promise. One box got water damaged but things inside were okay. Driver made me aware of problem. Two guys did a very good job of placing pieces where I wanted. Very accommodating.

The movers were friendly and professional. They treated our belonging as if they were their own. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this company.

The move was fantastic. The driver was wonderful and his staff of movers did a fantastic job. The worked efficiently to get us out and into our new home. In fact, they worked with us even moving the mattresses into another room so we could clean and prepare the home for a showing the following day. We were very pleased.

My only complaint is there was not enough help loading or unloading... the 3 guys that loaded hardly took a break, they were supposed to have 2 days to pack & load but they got a call to start loading around 4:00 on packing day... they didn’t leave until 930 & were still not finished loading... came back the next day at 9 to start loading (2guys) and weren’t finished until 1:00... we felt like too long of a time frame for moving no more than we had to move... guys were awesome, polite & hard working... over all a good experience

Mayflower was the best, most especially Clint and Justin. They alleviated the stress that comes with a long-distance move. Took great care of our home contents and used caution in both homes. Great experience. Thank you!

Felt good about the move overall from original estimate to delivery. Everyone worked hard, consulted as needed, and handled problems in stride. Respectful and accomodating staff.

The movers on both ends were terrific! We had a little glitch on the receiving end when they showed up at my house with only my 89 yo mother there. She is so easily stressed I was so worried how she would react. The person who was to schedule stated she had left a message. I did not receive a message so I don't know it was a phone malfunction with the wrong number. At any rate, I did not confirm and yet they showed up. She appologized. We got it rescheduled. When we were done I called to check if we would get a discount for only moving 2 verses 3 pods. The receptionist was insistent that we moved three pods. However after she checked on it we were reimbursed.

Glen was great but he didn't have a weight done and could not verify the total upon completing the order. I would have liked to properly sign off on the weight when the job was done. He was very nice though.

Everything from the survey to the packing to the loading to the delivery went like clockwork. The personnel was very professional,clean and courteous.

I was told that all my personal belongings would be place in containers in Chillicothe, OH and stay in the containers until they were delivered to Russellville, AR. To my surprise my stuff arrived in Russellville out of the containers in a moving truck. The moving company arrived 4 hours later than the first estimate. There were only two movers and they were exhausted. Two of my lamps were lost and another one was damaged. No one has contacted me (as I was told by the delivery people they would) to confirm is anything was missing or damaged. I was also disappointed in the lack of communication from the moving company in Chillicothe. I had to call to find out when the movers would arrive the day before my scheduled move. Overall this was not a smooth process like I was informed it would be and I'm disappointed in the overall move and customer service.

They left behind items that were supposed to be moved then offered no apologies for not bringing them. No offer to fix the situation or give a partial refund and were rude on the phone.

Although initially very kind and accommodating, it was the delivery to the new address that gave us problems. First, the initial office communicated the wrong address to the delivering company. Secondly, the time of delivery was delayed by two weeks! I had to personally call the company where our belongings were held and reschedule a more appropriate delivery time. The delivering company in Nashua, NH was very accommodating, flexible, and professional. However the office in Chillicothe, OH gave the wrong delivery address and badly coordinated the delivery which was supposed to be the day after we arrived (6/29) but was going to be delayed until 7/11! Fortunately, I was able to communicate the issue to the Nashua office and they were able to deliver on 7/3. Overall - very stressful for me, and it reflects very poorly on the competency and professionalism that I expected from Mayflower.

Any move is difficult, but Herlihy Moving & Storage made the experience as painless as possible. I couldn't have been more pleased with the performance of everyone involved. From my initial interview with Mr. Bivens to my "Goodbye and thank you to a Glenn I was very pleased and impressed.

Moved many times. This is by far my roughest move. Lots of damage/missing items. Not happy with Herilhy M & S. Excellent on meeting dates to pack, load, and deliver. Good experience with all personnel I have been in contact with. But $ charges and handling of household goods have left me an unhappy customer.

Overall, a very good experience for a very stressful time in our lives. A few bumps here and there, but still very good. Sean, the lead man & driver put everything together and made it a good experience.

Pickup took an very long time in Jackson, OH despite 3 man team. The inventorying was conducted manually, when it could easily be automated with a iPad, click and paste software and portable printer. The delivery was superb however even with just two men. All participants were courteous, respectful and all was well packed and arrived with no damage. JS

Were not totally unpacked, but nothing was broken, a piano came through in good shape. Some items were packed that were supposed to remain behind for a sale. Wardrobe boxes were jammed and clothes were not always on hangers. Other items were also crammed into boxes. Movers were very pleasant and tried to be accomodating.

It was very professional. From the initial contact to this survey, it was very easy on this customer. I underestimated the transit time and was worried that I wrote down the wrong phone number, but the end product was a successful move. I think that the people were friendly, helpful, and business like. As you can read, I am very satisfied.

HORRIBLE from start to finish. Sales agent LIED about delivery date causing severe problems; all customer support passed the buck and were RUDE; items were missing upon delivery and I was left things that weren't mine. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to your unethical company!

From the visit to my home by Alan Harney to the delivery of my goods by Cody - I considered this to be a top notch experience. I am a widow and this move meant that everything had to be accomplished by me. I was grateful for all of Mayflower's help.
