One piece of our furniture was damaged in transit, while in Mayflower's custody. But a $$ credit was quickly applied to our credit-card account that we used to pay your initial charge, so we've assumed that Mayflower acted quickly to compensate us for the damaged item. We appreciate that conscientiousness on your part. And your crew's overall professionalism was excellent.

Everyone that I dealt with from the sales rep to the unloading crew were pleasant, efficient, helpful and courteous. They were skilled at their jobs and careful of my possessions. The unloading crew were amazingly careful of my new home and surroundings, and willing to help me get things in the right places. I can't say enough good things about all the people that I dealt with during this move.

Estimator Jon was easy to work with & provided plenty of valuable advice. Driver Leroy was very helpful & courteous. We had special unexpected circumstances and he worked around them. We were very appreciative of his focus on getting the job done to our satisfaction.

Our preliminary work JON was highly pleasurable! He brought extra boxes and consulted with us several times by phone. The loading crew and the unloading crew were nothing short of sensational, Chad, the twins, Peter, etc. worked as hard as we've ever seen anyone work... and to boot, they offered suggestions on this first home that we've ever bought without breaking stride in loading and unloading. We particularly want to commend Chad and the twins. They never complained about extremely heavy trans, a "10-ton" desk that required the removal of a door(!!!) or the difficulty of multiple rooms and directions from us. We simply can't think of how it would have been without these delightful, humorous, industrious fellows. They made the chaos of moving a comparative "breeze!" Please, please get word to them of what is indicated above and when you're handing out company kudos, they should be at the top of your list. Thank you Mayflower! Terry Trask & Marianne Dornan
