They kept me informed on the whole move.

I've moved several times and every time the driver pulls the same thing. I was never given an inventory list and they unloaded so fast I was unable to check what was delivered and what was missing. And yes, I'm missing several items. I also don't appreciate being pressured by the driver to give him the best possible score. I'm 81 and this move was more than stressful for me. If everything could have slowed down a little, it would have been helpful.

Everyone was great to work with. Mark was very patient and came to our home twice to help reduce the price a little. And he gave great advice. Cindy who managed the move was superb. Cindy called numerous times before our move to ensure we were ready and that the move date was still good. Cindy also called during the actual move to check that everything was going well as well as after the move making sure we were satisfied with everything. everyone from Rob Hanschenct to Cindy to all of the packers and craters and truck drivers were professional, competent, and pleasant to work with. Everyone was super helpful and very capable and skilled at their jobs.

Loading and packing were well done. Delivery was stalled a day due to trailer getting grounded for 3+ hours. Had to use Uhaul vans on day 2 and we needed to stay in hotel an extra night Day 2 of loading was done within 4 hours. All ended well.

Just about everything went off without a hitch- from the estimate to the move coordination to the move itself.

Every step of the move went well. My coordinator, Cindy from Nilson Moving was fantastic. The driver was good and kind of hung out. Nothing broken, so far and all looks good.

A very accommodating and professional staff.

We don't have at least two large boxes. We've been through all of them and two are missing. There were approximately 5 dishes broken. Plus the glass and mounding on a buffet.

Communication was excellent as well as the speed of the move.

Communication was excellent between myself and the movers. Everyone arrived within the allotted time. The furniture movers took extra special care in making sure no furniture was damaged in loading or unloading or placing the furniture at its new destination.

The guy that packed my furniture was rough with pcs and there 3 legs were broken seems he was not paying attention. However the driver and the his regular helper were great
