Arrived on time, they were courteous, they worked hard, delivery arrived on time, men were again courteous, put everything in storage without problem. Driver was excellent manager.

My mayflower moving experience was superb. I didn't have to worry about a thing with the help of their talented and friendly team. I have made several moves on my own or with other local moving companies and the experience doesn't even compare.

It was a easy smooth move, the men came packed everything fast, taking care that everything was packed so nothing would be broken or damaged.when they arrived to unload they put the boxes in the house in the rooms where we needed them. They were very nice,very professional and very caring about every thing in our home. They packed in one day, were at new home a day head of time and unloaded so from start to finish it took 5 days. We were very pleased.

I had 3 different moves to make, under tight deadlines. All 3 were coordinated without any issues, and all items arrived safely at their destination.

We thought all of the packers, loaders, driver, and unloaders were all very professional and did a nice job. Due to the bad experience we had in a previous move with another company, both my wife and I didn't feel that Jodie fully listened to our concerns as well as she could have, she came across as defensive to the company position and rules/processes vs. really listening to the struggles we had previously.

I was completely blown away by my experience with Mayflower. I've used another service to move between states before and couldn't have been more disappointed. Mayflower was extremely communicative, helpful, responsive and overall did a great job. Will only use or recommend them in the future.

We were impressed from beginning to end! Everyone who helped us along the way was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. So much about selling our house and moving across the country was stressful. Mayflower took the time to care for us in so many ways and really alleviated some of that anxiety. We will definitely use them again...in a year in fact when we move into our permanent quarters :)

I am 75 years old and have moved more times than I can count. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. Our driver, Bill, was amazing. Unbelievably helpful and truly concerned about making the move as easy on my husband and me. The total extent of damaged items was one broken light bulb! The crews for loading and unloading were efficient, friendly and fast. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

Loading crew at origin was excellent. Driver and his wife were extremely professional and packed the truck very well, The local unloading crew at the destination arrived short handed and were not prepared to carefully locate heavy furniture. Only two of the three unloaders were strong enough to handle the placement of the furniture. This resulted in both walls and hardwood floors needing to be repaired.

I really like Donah. He was very respectful and efficient. He got the job done and was very good about communicating with me. I recommended to my friend Chris Jones and he used mayflower the next week. From Wisconsin to Virginia. I have used mayflower before and have always found them to be good and cheaper than others.

Great customer service. The Daryl Flood folks (Jeyson Peters and Cadice Clifford) were extremely responsive. The truck driver (Tony) and his crew were absolutely superb. We had a few, not many, broken items, and are wondering how to do the paperwork for reimbursement?

I was extremely disappointed with this move. I have used Mayflower in the past and was happy with it, but this one was a disaster. Things taken apart and not reassembled, late arrivals, breaking irreplaceable items, and general lack of concern in handling my items. Don't even know if they know what the word Fragile means, and the disregard shown in placing items clearly marked. They created more work for me, which is not why I spent a fortune hiring "professionals". Being polite does not make up for destroying stuff, and playing the internal blame game doesn't help me deal with shortcomings and out right lies. I think there was plenty of crap done by each different crew. I should be given my money back or paid the going rate for your moving crew since I have twice the work ahead of me than I left for them to do. Shameful!!

We've moved many times before with different companies, and have had both good and bad experiences. This was definitely one of the best we've had. The crews on both ends were terrific. Everything was delivered on time. And we had almost nothing damaged.

The move was as painless as possible thanks to you. The driver of our truck & leader of the crew, Al, was amazing. He was careful, thorough, communicative and a very pleasant person to work with. Throughout the process, Candice, at Darryl Flood (Mayflower company) kept us informed, she promptly answered any questions I had and she was the perfect laison with the driver, the crew and me. Everything arrived in good condition (of course it did, you guys did an excellent packing job)! I would highly recommend Mayflower(Darryl Flood- the local Austin company) to anyone looking for a great moving company!! In my opinion, they earned an "A+" in every aspect of the move!

The loading went fine, the unloading was sloppy, there 5/8 pieces of furniture and two lamps were broken, and National Claims has been horribly unresponsive.

I was happy with the experience. However I still have one of the loaders from beginning destinations wedding ring. I have tried to find out how to return to no avail. I also h Understand at the end of a job that everyone is tired. But when I tried to explain to my driver that they were putting my bed together incorrectly I quickly hushed as he wanted to argue with me. And then for him to say after they left I took it apart and put it back together just to have someone else have to come back is unprofessional as well as absurd. At the least a physical impossibility.

Everyone at Mayflower was excellent. We relocated from Austin, TX to Cambridge, MA. Jodie our consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful with questions we had along the way. Candice was also very informative in keeping us in the loop as moving day approached. John (driver) and Jim (mover) were excellent and we are so pleased with all of their work.

Loading went well. Unloading not so much. The crew brought things in so fast inventory check was impossible. Things missing and had to file a claim too soon due our fridge not working after the move. % weeks later no resolution of missing/broken and not working items. I expected much better.

My overall moving experience was terrible. My movers were late both picking up and dropping off, but also my shipment was delayed and therefore i didn't receive my items until over a week after it was scheduled to be delivered. I paid a lot of money to have a guaranteed delivery date. When it came up that my shipment may be delayed, there was about 3 days where no one could tell me how delayed it was, when it was arriving, or when i would possibly receive my items. That is unacceptable customer service, especially when you pay for a service with a specific move in date. Additionally, the coordinator stopped answering my phone call, and my sales rep basically told me there is nothing that he could do. This was an incredibly frustrating process and I will never use your company again. Additionally, I was moving for work, not leisure, so my entire work schedule was messed up because of this. We often relocate people and I will advise my co-workers not to use your service, as well.

Terrible. Aweful communication. Disrespect for our stuff. Many wrecked boxes. We ordered a shuttle because of trees on property and we got no shuttle and driver took down beaches with truck. Stuff let behind and did not arrive until about a month later. Mattresses were not covered or boxed despite our request and order to do. Aweful communication. Terrible. We felt mistreated and not respected. Stuff was delivered in the rain without covering our stuff and it got wet. The whole experience was terrible. I worked in school business where many moves occur and I will never recommend this company

It was a fucking nightmare and I would never use Mayflower again or recommend Mayflower Timmy worst enemy. Your communication is awful. You lost so many pieces of our furniture some of it is unusable now. You were several days late delivering our belongings, not to mention late picking up our belongings. I hope this company goes bankrupt to save other people the bullshit we had to endure using Mayflower. Absolutely no redeeming qualities about this horrible company.

Our mattress is missing when you delivered our furniture in our storage in Pueblo, Colorado. The delivery guys told us that the mattress insurance is $4800.00 and we are waiting our mattress or your company should reimburse/pay us the money or deliver our mattress as soon as possible. If we don,t hear from you soon we might start complaining and then take legal actions. For this reason we cannot even think about writing any positive recommendations about your company. It is your responsibility to do the right and send us the $4800 as soon as possible. Waiting to hear from you. William S Warda

The focus appeared to be on Speed and cramming it all in to make room for other peoples items. Not on taking care to inspect, pack carefully, and place carefully to make sure everything was safe/secure for the long drive.... much of this became apparent when we arrived and opened boxes, and looked at all the scratches, broken/smashed boxes, and general lack of care shown.

The previous survey I filled out was for both moves, one from Plano, TX to Tacoma, WA and the other from Austin, TX to Tacoma WA. I've realized I need to fill out a separate survey for each of the moves. Could you consider this one to be for the Austin to Tacoma move and the other for the Plano to Tacoma move? The overall experience was wonderful. I felt taken care of every step of the way.

A lot of my boxes came crushed. Only a couple of broken items, and one missing item, but as the boxes were being unpacked there was a lot of distress to the boxes.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Always rented trucks, hired my own help, loaded, etc. Working with Mayflower staff proved that this is the most efficient way to move.

We loaded on a Wednesday and were unloaded by noon on Saturday. You cannot ask for better. Everything was wrapped and unwrapped in the apartments.

The check went to Daryl Flood. By the way, your driver, Charles, did one fine job of finagling that huge van around!

The move went really smoothly. From the initial estimate to the final delivery. Everything was very clear and explained to me. They packed my items very carefully and everything arrived in perfect condition and nothing was missing. They kept me posted with delivery times and everything went as planned. There wasn't a lot of organization in the process of loading the truck. The team began taking all items in view, whether packed or not and it seemed a bit disorderly. I did not receive any calls about delivery until I reached out to begin communications. The delivery was a day late. Our child's crib as built in the master bedroom upon delivery which seemed like a no-brainer. Otherwise, only a couple of items were damaged. Our outdoor table was built inside our home so we had to disassemble it to move it and ended up breaking it on the way out the door. It was a very heavy table so flipping it really required more people. So that is broken which makes me unhappy.

My experience with Mayflower/Daryl Flood was outstanding and it all came down the people. Excellent people, starting with Jeyson Peters who did the initial survey. He was excellent at explaining everything that would happen and the details behind his quote. Furthermore, he was available throughout the move process to help with any questions I had. This excellent experience continued with the head mover/driver, Benny Molina. Just outstanding in every way possible. His whole crew was outstanding.
