Delivery was late by 6 days. Regina was fantastic to work with. Packers overfilled some boxes.

Very hard to find the representative once the move was arranged. Took multiple calls to find out when the furniture would arrive. No one would return calls. I was given an expected date but was told I would be contacted for specific dates and time and I had to take off of work for this. Very poor communication skills

I was told several times that my pick would be Thursday, April 20, between 8:00-8:30. She called at 9:00 to say the truck would arrive at noon. The truck actually arrived at 1:00. My house cleaner was scheduled at noon to arrive and clean. The new family arrived at 2:30 with 2 trucks to unload. It was a real mess. However, the guys loading in Harlingen, TX, and unloading in Minneapolis, MN, were super good-- efficient, polite and handled my belongings with great care. I was very impressed with them. My furniture and boxes arrived in 10 days which as right on target. I also felt the price was reasonable. I especially liked the idea of my belongings being in 2 crates separated from everyone else's' stuff. I would recommend Mayflower to anyone with a note about arrival times. The I'm a satisfied customer.

Mayflower moving company is very good because I could not carry and move because the items were too heavy for me. I did pack my tools in about 8 small boxes and only 4 of my packed boxes arrived and 4 of my boxes I estimate did not arrive. I labeled all my tool boxes with "my name and tools put in pole shed". Any way I am sorry to not have received the other 4 small boxes as I bought everything with my own money and that was my hobby wood working.

The local agent that accessed my home contents and who I made most of the initial contact in McAllen Texas, Regina Almond, was a huge disappointment. I had to ask the local moving company to remove her from my moving services and assign me someone else. Otherwise, the agent that replaced her, Juana Justet, was great. The movers packed the contents very well. I had nothing damaged in the move. Delivery was on time and the local company that delivered the personal contents were also professional and polite. A new office shredder that was packed was the only item lost in the move. The car however had been damaged during the move however no one notified the originating agent or moving company, nor did they notify me. The driver that delivered the car brought it to my attention. Mayflower has been reasonably helpful in making the claim, but a bit longer than I found necessary. The third party insurance adjuster have been horrible. Very rude and dismissive. The guy who called me from the 3rd party insurance is Aaron (cannot recall his last name), and he has been a jerk. The guy that was suppose to come and actually look at my car, Don Fleming, was clueless. He knew of nothing. Was suppose to call me on Monday morning and let me know a time he'd be in Crown Point. I had to call him around 11:15p on Monday because I had not heard from him. According to Aaron, he was going to be here between noon and 1 pm. I drove my car to the hospital so the adjuster could look at it here and not have to go back to my home. He didn't even have the address on where to go. He then told me itd be 2 pm before he would be here. I had to call again around 2 pm to find out his location, which he then said would be around 2:25 p. he sent this via an AUDIO file to my text messaging. When 2:30 p came, I gave up. he finally arrived at 4 pm. he never called me to come and meet him. he left another text stating he saw the car and took down the damage and that he was already leaving heading to Laporte. I was furious. I told him I wanted to meet him downstairs when he arrived. he left his card stuck in my drivers window. I text him asking when the report would be complete and when could I make arrangements to have the car repaired. he gave no info. I then called Aaron back and left him a voicemail. by this point, I sent an email to express how unhappy I was with this company and one of the Mayflower reps emailed me back.
