The move went well. It was incredibly hot at both pick up and delivery and the guys did awesome.

Juan Vasquez was the driver and the overall supervisor of my move. He was extremely professional and treated my possessions as if they were his own. He completed the difficult task of loading and unloading my possessions quickly, and yet, with care. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, and if I moved again, I would request his professional services the next time.

all the people involved were extremely helpful. the mover was outstanding with the helpful information he gave us, a fine crew, very careful with all items being moved. this was an easy move for us because of the help we received from the salesman to the moving team.they are to be commended for their work. this was an excellent advertisemt for a company that has so much competition.

We were especially impressed with the driver and his helping teams. They were professional and very efficient. The packers were polite and very good with their responsibilities.

I was quoted 3 incorrect delivery dates by my move coordinator. We went with the company solely because of the delivery date we were promised but did not receive our belongings until 10 days after we were quoted. Upon receiving our items SEVERAL boxes were damaged and a piece of furniture was also broken. We have not been contacted at all since our move by the coordinator to ask how anything went. It was a terrible experience overall.

This move did not go as smoothly as we had hoped. Several items were broken or damaged (grandfather's clock, etc.. Then a lot of our boxes were crushed. Also, when the driver delivered our furniture, I was not given the option of being able to check off the boxes as they were brought in - one of his people did it and according to the list, we are missing a couple of boxes. We had an L-shaped desk that the driver was supposed to put together and he didn't want to be bothered doing it, so Mayflower had to send out a 3rd party to do it. The most inconvenient thing was the packers mixed things up so badly and they didn't put "DVR" on the outside of the boxes, so when DirecTV came we had to open all 150 boxes to find our DVRs which was a real headache! The packers should mark "DVR" on the boxes as most people want their TVs hooked up as soon as they arrive without having to dig through all of the boxes.

I appreciate how easy it was to work with Mayflower. They followed up several times to see how things were going and the movers showed up on-time for each end of the move.

Saw the one guy handle boxes a little ruff. Tossed a coco clock that belonged to my grandma on the table. Even those box was marked fragile.

Very pleased with the company and their representations of what was included. Bruce Burke was excellent salesman and went through the minutia which resoluted in many non-issues on loading/unloading day.
