Great move experience with the driver and crews. However, all of my load did not fit on the truck causing the shipment to be split.

A few things were damaged, but overall, ok. Very displeased with the refund money of $15/100 lbs. that we were refunded for your overestimate that we paid $75/100 lbs. for. They estimated 14% above actual weight, which resulted in a huge overpayment on our end. There were also many positive things that they did. Details to follow.

Helpful guidance on packing, cost, moving options, etc. Fast, efficient, on-time pick-up, drop-off and loading/unloading. No damage to homes or belongings. Said up to 7 Days transit time - was done in 3. Friendly, hard-working movers on both ends of the move.

Emptying our house in Egg Harbor, excellent.moving coordinator and estimator, very responsive and professional. Denver move in pretty good, a few scratches and broken dishes, nothing major.

Everyone was very helpful with premoving questions and advice. The actual move was made easy working with Jim Carlstrom. He was professional, efficient, and personable. Made it enjoyable.

The company that moved us was United, not Mayflower. I am assuming that they were sub contracted for the job. The truck was 1 hour late. Crew head and workers were excellent. Adapted to unexpected snags. They were skilled and knowledgeable. They were careful with our furniture. Due to unexpected delays, We we unable to be at the destination residence on time. The crew was able to move all of our items into the new apartment with the consent and guidance of the apartment manager. We will be forever grateful for their ability to roll with the punches.

My move went better than I could have asked. From the Mayflower rep. In Green Bay Dick Klak to the Appleton moving team of Ben and Tanner my move was organized, well planned, estimated and beautifully packed in the containers. My possessions arrived on time in Anaheim in great condition.Jose and his team unpacked and moved my things into my home with care, concern and professionalism. Both moving teams took time to protect my former home and my new home with molding covers, floor runners. Both moving teams were polite. Ben and Tanner were excellent! I would give them a a raise if it were my call. They listened to my concerns about my things and packed the containers like puzzle pieces. I was able to take a few more things than I had planned. Dick Klak was also excellent, professional and very very helpful. Dick's estimate was right on. He was well prepared to answer my questions and was available by phone or email when I had questions. Dick made my move a success. Thank you Dick.

We were disappointed. Several of the people we had contact with were fine but others were not. The salesperson was very personable. He did however tell us each residence would look as if they were never there that did not happen. The packers that packed our lamps and pictures were fantastic. The logistics coordinator did a good job We were especially disappointed in the driver He insisted we sign off on the inventory before the items were moved into the house. He never gave us a copy of the inventory. We had to request a copy from the coordinator to file a claim. We then discovered he marked every furniture item as soiled, marked and scratched. The inventory was clearly tainted by the driver making it impossible to file a comprehensive claim. The claims coordinator would not listen to the our concerns about the drivers unethical behavior therefor denying part of our claim.

There were a few bumps in the move but Mayflower was very responsive with our concerns.

Our loading in Chilton was great. The driver and loaders were very helpful. In Columbia the driver was slightly unpleasant. Our beautiful antique dresser had damage to the outside corner. A shelf inside the dresser had a broken sliding edge so it was not possible to put in a drawer. This was not told us until I went to correct the fit of the drawer. The loaders did not read where the boxes were to go frequently.

The movers themselves were wonderful. They were friendly, efficient, and quick to answer all of my questions. The only issues I had were with scheduling.

VERY disappointed in the delivery. We were promised that if we had our goods ready to ship by July 3rd, they would be delivered by July 17. Instead, we were called late on July 14, and told our items had not even left Green Bay yet, leaving us without any household items. In the end they did not deliver until 7/24.

Pat, the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful, he kept his helpers on a good tempo with adding humor and breaks into the day!

The move went as planned. The only challenge was not knowing when (the exact day)the truck would deliver the furniture until the day before.

The whole process was very smooth and professional. The estimate was very reasonably priced and the coordination team responded very quickly which was much appreciated. Movers on both ends of the move arrived on time, were very professional, hard working, and respectful of my property.
