What is a Video Chat Moving Estimate?
A video chat moving estimate uses Mayflower’s Virtual Survey to let customers show an estimator the belongings they’re moving using the video chat functionality directly on their phone or tablet.
How Do I Schedule My Virtual Survey Appointment?
It’s really easy. All you have to do is:

- When you speak to a Mayflower representative, simply ask to schedule a Virtual Survey.

How Does Virtual Survey Work?
- Once your virtual survey appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation message that includes your virtual survey details.
- On the day of your appointment, you will receive a link via text or email, based on your preference. Simply click that link and you’ll be connected to your Mayflower estimator through your browser.
- The estimator will then provide you with a moving quote. It’s that simple!
You don’t have to worry about answering your door or physically walking someone through your home. The Virtual Survey option is all done remotely, using your smart phone or tablet. It can be an easier and faster way to get your moving quote.
