    Team was responsive though the handoff from the sales rep to the person who handled logistics could have been explained better. Also, expectation is that if using SMS messages to communicate, response occur in a short period of time even over weekends (Or explain that responses will be slow over the weekend.) Also, I did not receive a call 24 hours before the delivery. The driver calls 45 mins before.
