Working with Willie was fun. Nice guy, experienced. Kept in good contact with him about arrival dates. To unload, there were only 3 total guys, so it took awhile.

Sales person that evaluated our move and office coordinator were great, punctual, very helpful, informative and caring. Driver was also good, very polite as he surveyed and tagged the load and with on time pick up and delivery. The disconnect was in the packing and unloading. The group was prompt and quick to get the work done. They laid down floor protection but failed to do same with door openings. Packing, end result showed they didn’t pack and protect some items as there was damages to some furniture,

Everyone I talked to or dealt with during this move was professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and they made sure everything was going well. Chris and Heather in the office were both great to work with and made sure all was going well. Our driver D'Andre worked extra hard and made sure everything got on and off the truck. He made sure delivery time was right and kept us informed. Tina and Lee did a great job of packing. Everyone that helped load and unload were great.

Everyone we worked with from James Stevens to Ellen Leary to Terry Smith and his crews were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Furniture made the trip in good shape with nothing broken or sceatched.

We were TOTALLY impressed with everyone that we worked with at Mayflower. James was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. The movers showed up at the home that we were departing as scheduled. When we arrived at our new home, our belongings and the movers showed up on the day after we closed at exactly the scheduled time. As a comparison, the movers hired by the persons whom we purchased our home from kept postponing their arrival time. Their movers showed up at 9:30 PM on a Frida

Overall experience was good. Steve was great and the crew he hired on both ends of the move were also great. Completed loading in Colorado on Friday and delivered in Arizona on Monday. So far a few items were damage. I was in contact with Ellen Learny regarding this entire move. Chris was also patient with us since September 2022 on planning our move.

The Buehler's team was great. Chris Coyle, Heather Pennebaker and Ellen in the Aurora, CO office were great. Our driver, Mike was great! Even delivered ahead of schedule. We had two computer desks that needed to be dismantled enough to get them through the doors and onto the truck. The Denver team totally took them apart. Totally. They dismantled them completely. Overall, the packing, loading, delivery was seamless

The driver was very confident and professional. The team for the truck loading was very careful and asked me whenever they were not clear on how to proceed. The load was scheduled to take two days but was complete by about 2:30pm on the second day. The driver explained each aspect of the paperwork and made sure I understood. Overall the loading was excellent. The delivery and unloading also went extremely well. The destination home is not an easy one to move things in being built on a hill with an int
