The team was on time, very pleasant and worked hard with no issues whatsoever.

Every guy was super friendly and professional and as my husband said, even smiled! He took their names down and we sent a picture to Brian/sales rep. They were careful with blanketing furnture and cared by asking questions when necessary.

I have moved over 20 times in my life and used movers for 8 of those moves. NEVER have I received such fantastic service and treatment! Dan and his partner were astonishingly polite and professional. In all my years, I have never seen such a work ethic as these two men exhibited. They worked so hard it is almost impossible for me to believe. Their strength and endurance were amazing, and I believe that they treated our belongings better than if they were their own. GIVE THESE MEN A RAISE AND DO WHATE

Sue was extremely helpful setting up our move and working with us when we had to switch last minute details. The moving team was also incredible and helpful.

Overall a very good experience, I am waiting on feedback from our couch that was less than a year old being ripped and my kids bed being damaged. However, Armbruster moving was amazing from start to finish. Sue was a great communicator and kept me informed along the way. Dan MCguiness was a rockstar with the move.

The packers and movers were very courteous, efficient and compassionate to my elderly parents who were in the home and preparing to leave it for the last time. I really appreciated the crews attention to detail, care, and willingness to ask me questions if something was not clear. They also helped me carry a heavy plant to my car. Great crew.

From the time that I contacted Mayflower, to when our stuff was delivered, it was a great experience. One of the things that sold me to choose Mayflower, was that the people I talked to, namely Bryan, was extremely responsive and helpful, and that continued with my interactions with Elyse. My move coordinator was great! She was extremely responsive and was accommodating to my schedule where possible. I was a bit disappointed by how much of my furniture was disassembled at my origin location. I communicated to the mover that I was concerned about everything being able to be put together at the final destination. He assured me this was normal and the movers would know what they were doing. Our overall experience was fantastic. Dan and Connor were great to work with. We could not have asked for a better team. They communicated with us every step of the way and ensured that we knew when they would be arriving so we could be prepared. Our only issue was damage to our leather couch which was by nobody's fault and we are confident it will get resolved.

Driver Steve kept me well-informed during the move. Packers and loaders/unloaders were very careful with my personal effects and efficient.

Move was excellent. Movers showed up on time and communicated well. Everything was packed carefully and intelligently. The delivery was next day, which was fantastic and the unloading was very quick and painless. No damage was done to either the pickup or drop off locations and my belongings were all accounted for and in pristine condition.

The communication between Mayflower, the driver, and the 3rd parties could have been improved. The 3rd party (MSS I think) kept calling me a couple of times saying they were ready to unbox the mirror/put together the bed when I still didn't have an ETA on my goods.
