The moving crew was outstanding and completely professional! I have unpacked most everything and so far, nothing was broken! Steve, the sales rep also went above and beyond and was always responsive. Would definitely recommend. This was my second move with Mayflower and had same experience before. Great company!

I was charged for the move as soon as I gave my cc info. I am not even sure why you need to charge the entire amount before ANYTHING is even done. Afterall, you will have my entire house worth of stuff. Surely you could just charge a down payment and then the balance just before delivery. The final amount was not even settled at that point. In my case the final amount was reduced a good bit but they charged me the initial higher rate. I am still waiting for the credit.

We experienced some confusion and poor communication early in the process. Once we got that resolved everything went very smoothly and there were no issues at all. Very smooth.

Driver showed up on time with two gentleman that helped him load the truck and explained in detail what they were going to do. I was advised that the truck would probably arrive on the 30th but was pleasantly surprised when it showed up several days earlier. James, the driver, was extremely helpful and make a hectic and stressful time much easier. I can’t say enough good things about James and the crew he used at the starting destination and the ending destination. I would definitely use this company again for a move.

Holly Stiles, our move coordinator, was exceptionally responsive and helpful. On the move out, John G and his crew were very careful in protecting walls, etc. from damage. The move-in crew worked very hard dealing with elevators and stairs. All were very curtious.

Mayflower kept me informed during the entire process. We were moving from Dallas to Montreal, so Mayflower helped with the specific challenges related to an international move. I felt like I always had someone on hand to answer questions.

For the most part the move went very smoothly. Our only problem was with the 3rd party service for uncrating our dining table top.

From the very beginning of chosing a company, the entire process was the best n easiest experience I've ever had, STEPHEN , HOLLY stayed on top of everything detail n stayed in contact proably every day, N ALL THE PACKERS , movers , all the young men were so polite pleasant , respectful, caring n very careful w all of my entire household, fr top to bottom inside n out, very professional! We were very satisfied with the moving cost quote and availability and delivery of boxes. The driver kept in contact with us. We only had one damaged item and ended up with a box that does not belong to us. I have contacted the person assigned to us for a damaged claim form and how to have the box that is not ours picked up. After a phone call and at least 2 emails, I have not been contacted with that information.

I have used professional moving companies before. I had one horrible experience with Bekin and several very good experiences. But Mayflower offered the best from the very first in-home estimate to loading, very quick delivery and unloading and exceptionally friendly, clean personnel.

All very professional. Everything was packed and unpacked with proper care.

Over all was good. 24 hour delay thru several things off and cause a lot of rescheduling. Have not moved items into my new home that I’m building, but I don’t expect any problems. Moving men were great, right thru an electrical storm.

Excellent overall service. Loading went very well and our furniture arrived when we were told it would. Unloading went well but the youngest member of the team was a bit annoying and I felt he didn’t follow directions well. We had asked that all boxes be placed in one location stacked by room as designated on each box. This didn’t happen. This made unpacking much more difficult and took more time. One thing we still can’t find is the power cord to our recliner - this makes the chair much less useful. Overall we are very happy.

We asked for a change in move date up two days over two months before the move. Our move consultant confirmed the change and the My Mayflower website had the new date and countdown. On move day we had no movers - the 'main schedule computer' was supposedly still showing our old move date for two days later. Mayflower never let us know we had no mover, and the website had the correct date ... why would you have two parallel systems and only update one? This issue coupled with the coordinator being invisible until after the date mess made for an awful experience.

From beging to end this experience has been amazing. Steven, Lou, and Mike ( and his team in Bedford and in Sebastian) exceeded my expectations. I’m not through unpacking, but so far I have not found any issues. I asked for recommendations for cross-country movers. I received many. I chose mayflower not because you were the least expensive but because your representative, Steve, gave me a high level of confidence. I was told by my friends that it’s all about the driver. I have to absolutely agree. Mike was very professional and insured that my move was flawless from the time he picked up the load to the time he drove away at my destination. Lou was following up With me almost daily. She wanted to insure that everything was going as promised. She was available.to answer any questions I may have had. Thank you Mayflower. Although I do not intend to move again I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends should they need a mover.

Moving can be the worst, but mayflower made everything so smooth. They checked in regularly before the move- arrived on time- packed and loaded efficiently and quickly! The move was as easy as it could be for us.

Charles was our driver and he did an excellent job. His helpers were good, too. There was some damage, however. My PC and printer were slightly damaged, but it was my fault for not using paper padding in the bottom of the boxes. (I had never moved this far before.) Our BBQ grill starter switch was broken and doesn't work, but so far, that is all we have discovered. We have not been able to unpack everything since our kitchen is being remodeled.

Great experience overall. 3rd party service provider was my only issue. Crated 3 Remington statures for us - no issue at all. However, we had loads of sawdust in Texas and here in Florida. My Corvette was parked in the garage where they un-crated the statues. I think they should be more mindful of the client's home. The team on both ends, however, were incredibly nice. Amazing follow-up and responsiveness from our move coordinator, Deanna Watson. She was so incredible. Our packers and the loaders in Texas were extraordinary. And our driver, Guillermo. The BEST!

I have moved several times as a military wife and must say the move went VERY smoothly! Suzanne Purifoy is excellent at her job !!! We were three boxes short of her estimate. Kathy Meyers was always available for my questions and ALWAYS had answers or was happy to research for an answer. Respectful, helpful, professional and efficient describe Jesus Cuevas our driver and Bobby Johnson from the Irving location. Communication is the key to a successful move and Mayflower and IMS Relocation were on top of it.

First time we have moved like this and quite frankly was afraid of the consequences of a long distance move related to the damage that might occur. 14,000 pounds of stuff and not a scratch!! I would highly recommend Mayflower!! Thank you!

Aside from damage to a large metal furniture piece (which will be repaired, things happen) the whole experience went without a hitch. Professional from quote to the last box coming off the trailer. Thanks to Suzanne and Matt and all the others involved. I was lucky to have the same person who loaded me up be the one to deliver and unload (even after 7 months in storage).

Matt and his teams did a great job. My only concerns were that Steve promised an empty truck and it wasn’t and we almost didn’t fit everything on the truck

The packers were in such a hurry to leave, they neglected to finish packing items left in a couple of boxes that costs $365.00 to send via Fedex.

Employees were professional and worked with me when I had any "special requests.' I have unpacked 2/3 of my boxes and only found 4 broken items. Considering it was a 15k lb. move with over 450 items/boxes, that is pretty good.

I was very pleased with the service and professional way your employees did their job. My move coordinator Kathy Meyer was always there for me when I had questions. She always picked up the phone and I never had to leave a message which was nice. I moved from Irving Texas to Bridgewater New Jersey. On the day of my moving out from Irving was a tuff move since I lived on the 3rd floor. The driver Cesar Avina did an excellent job of getting his big rig truck onto the property. Originally they thought they may need a shuttle, but Cesar drove the rig mind you backward straight as an arrow. He is an amazing driver and he saved me money for not using shuttle. The crew that was with him was a family of brothers and nephew who worked very hard and got everything from the 3rd floor to the truck. I appreciated there hard work. The crew with Cesar were also great and I was happy with them too. I am still unpacking so far I have not seen anything that was damage.

The move went smoothly. The movers were knowledgeable and careful when handling the furniture. The driver handled his paper with precision accuracy. When he arrived and unloaded the furniture, the same efficient work took place. All went well and he thanked us for being patient with the move.

Minor damage of significance. The mover was reasonable . The lady who visited the house did not give me any clear message that I have to pay for the TV to take down from wall mount I thought everything is included in the cost. That was a misunderstanding not beibg very clear about it and not mentioning the cost to take down on TVs. Disappointed

First of all, Ms. Suzanne P. did a great job with the estimate/inventory. The company gave me 10 wardrobe boxes, well appreciated. The move coordinator, Ms. Te'Ariea called and kept me abreast of plans. The packers and loaders did a great job, although they loaded some things that I didn't say should be loaded. The driver was very professional, honest and careful. I appreciate him making sure my antique stools that were missed, were picked up from Rockwall,TX and delivered to Wellington, FL. He even delivered my son's board that I gave him at the last minute, I was impressed and grateful. I didn't like that my husband's travel bags that were mistakenly loaded were not taken back to TX. I don't know where they picked them up from. I didn't like that my TVs that their bases/ stands were unscrewed weren't put back together. All in all, I appreciate the fact that my things were delivered promptly and at the time I was told they would be delivered.

Loading and unloading was very expedient. The crews took great care of our furniture. Only one critique is that the unloading crew failed to assemble a few items including one desk where the screws are missing which means we can't use the desk.

Everyone from the coordinators, drivers, estimator were very communicative through out. Polite. Hard working. Fast. Came and delivered when they said they would.

Overall one of our best moves and we have moved 13 times. Driver and his sons were very good at communicating during the load, travel, and delivery.

Moving experience was great. Never had a better moving experience. The communication was excellent, and it was never hard to get a hold of anyone. Was especially happy at the early delivery date.

Our move was quite smooth. When there was a question or a small problem it got resolved quickly and effectively. Customer support was pretty responsive and did its job well. The driver we had was great, he was definitely making sure his end of things worked out and not just going through the motions.

First of all we were so happy you would hold our "stuff" until we could move into our house. All the help were very polite and seemed careful with our belongings. There were a few things damaged but I haven't yet sent anything in. Mainly a GOOD JOB!

The packers did not do an efficient job with packing our belongings. Excessive amounts of paper were used to wrap the most inane things. The boxes were in many cases very light. There were so many boxes, a second truck was needed. On moving day, I had to pay additional money, because the person who priced my move did so poorly.

We had a very good experience. There were many things that were unknown when we started the process, like where we would be moving, but i was reassured throughout the process that all changes would easily be handled with a simple phone call and they were.
