Our driver and packer Matt was by far the very best part of it too. All the crews worked extremely hard to get it all done My only disappointment was when i opened my kitchen cupboards and saw 6 shelves of dishes that had not been packed and this was after the girls had gone. I did do a walk through so I guess it was my fault that I didn’t see this. I spent 2 hours packing all that - when we got here to our destination some damage had occurred to my furniture. I know things sometimes are unpreven

Except for the late delivery due to lack of help locally, everything went well. Everything was delivered and assembled with no issues.

Glenn (driver) was excellent. His attention to detail and desire to make the experience pleasant was obvious. He was pleasant and forthcoming when questions were asked, and was willing to help in any way he could.

Overall the move experience was pleasant and took a lot off my mind when I was stressing about finding a moving company.

Brett our sales representative is the best in the industry. I've moved with the military for over 30 years and personal moves twice in the last 10. He was top notch, informative, helpful, and responsive. The overall move was great EXCEPT for the 6 handguns that were stolen out of our closet on the receiving end. The only people in the house on the day of delivery were my husband, me and the moving crew. So incredibly disappointing ... fed the crew, provided them with drinks and they still stole from us

Matt and Jonas were just excellent. Mike not so much. Tried to contact him several times about the difference between his estimate and the invoice. He didn't respond.

The process from proposal, inventory, cost prep, to booking, wrapping, updating and dropping was seamless.

People make a difference and Brett Moore helped me so much. As a single person he went out of his way showed me how to pack instantly answered the phone with any questions. Because of him I would go with mayflower again
