Overall the move experience was good. The team was quick, efficient, seemed knowledgeable about packing/wrapping items. They were very willing to do whatever was necessary to get our things on the truck. The team arrived on time and hustled, were done much earlier than we expected. On the unloading we had the same experience, arrived promptly on time and worked smart and fast. We only had one minor wall bump which they quickly notified us about.

Very professional in all aspects of the move-from the zoom inventory to get an estimate to explanation on timing, help with large items and working with us on what we pack and what you pack. Our driver Alex was very efficient and had a great team in Atlanta for packing.

The movers were overall good. We weren't aware of all of the rules about boxes and bags, so we'll take responsibility for that. However, two of my antique heirlooms were broken badly. And all of my lamps are cracked, shades are bent, and the stem switches are bent, and barely usable. They were on time and very efficient. Also very curious and professional, but in a hurry. I just wish we had only had more clear rules as to how to pack things properly.

Sebastian the driver was outstanding. His communication was top notch and he worked well at both locations. I felt comfortable with him handling the whole move.

From loading to delivery the team was exceptionally efficient, timely, and courteous. The loaders arrive at me home at the predetermined hour and worked tirelessly to wrap, tag, and load every item. The driver contacted me several day prior to the move to confirm delivery address and drop off schedule. He arrived at the appropriate time and complete the drop off as schedule. He was flexible with changes to the delivery address and complied without complaint. One of the best moves I have had.

We had a fantastic experience with our first out of state move. From the quote with Ben to the loading with Moises and team (Hilldrup) and the unloading with Mark and team. The inventory process was thorough and thankfully all of our items arrived and in the condition they were originally in. Our items arrived much quicker than we expected which we were thankful for. Communication with our coordinator was fantastic. Would 100% recommend.
