I was slightly disappointed that it took several days longer than estimated to get here. In general, all was good though .

I thought the packers and loaders were all very friendly and tried to be accomodating. However, some pieces arrived broken and some furniture is nicked up. I called Richard Amman and never got a call back regarding broken/damaged pieces. I also don't understand how things were packed. I found a part of an appliance in one box and the rest in another...... While I generally am happy, there are these things I mentioned that made this less than excellent. I think the loaders were terrific....

Congratulations on making this move for us so efficient, well orchestrated, staffed with a top-of-the line main driver ( Mike ) who worked harder than ever expected & chose his crew at both ends of the journey carefully. He was extremely respectful of us and all of our belongings and needs from start to finish! His communication with us prior to and during the move exceeded our expectations. The checklist/inventory system was great! Mike's organizational skills and management of his crew was commendable.

Richard was our move coordinator for two sets of moves and both were handled with EXTRA CARE & EXPERTISE!!! Everything went So smoothly and everything arrived in Jacksonville, FL and California right on time and with white glove service all the way!! I used a different mover for my local move because the dates I needed weren’t available and the local mover was horrible…broken mirrors and other problems…. MAYFLOWER will forever be my Miver of choice!!!!***** Five Star review

for the most part the move went very well. our driver / truck packer, tommy , was excellent and worked very hard. on one of the masts on a small sail boat that was packed the mast was broken. i found it odd that the packers did not put our very expensive king mattress in a mattress box .... and the movers had to struggle with it because of that. overall a good experience..... thanks.
