Everything went as planned.

We have moved 4 times in our 30 years of marriage, 3 times with Mayflower and one time with Bekins -- which was a nightmare. It was a simple choice for this last move to go back with Mayflower. They are usually higher in costs, but has been an overall positive experience for our family. This last move was back to our home state of Texas and the buyers of our home in Arkansas were difficult and changed our close date several times. Each time Jeff of Razorback Moving worked with us to changed our load date and ensure that we would not have to incur storage costs.

The whole experience was well thought out and planned. The personal attention given to us on all fronts made the move much easier. The agents were very easy to reach and communicate with throughout the whole move. The movers were all nice and very careful with our belongings.

Arlene Reed is very experienced and explained all the details of the move. I really appreciate her expertise. Jeff and his crew were on top of everything and I am grateful for taking care of my belongings.

The movers came on the appointed day. The TV stand was screwed the wrong way when trying to remove the stand and thus will never come off again. Items were placed in a shuttle van and moved to a spot where when available a driver would take our things from Hot Springs, AR to our home in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin which did happen on the day we were told it would. Only a few things got damaged. The bottom material that matches our 3 month old sofa was torn and now has a gap of 12" x 12" at least with material hanging to the floor. A black leather looking otterman/storage coffee table was scraped and dented, my favorite computer desk chair had its wheel broken off and we have replaced all wheels but it just doesn't sit right - it must have been placed in to tight an area, the key to my mirror/jewelry armoir was lost but I have purchased a new one. This was first time state to state move so overall things went well.

My experience was better than I expected considering I was leaving my home of 26 years. Razorback Moving in Hot Springs took great care with my belongings and kept me informed all the away through the process. The packers were efficient and careful. The driver kept me informed as well.

Am hesitant to submit claim for damage (minimal) b/c mover marked every single piece of our furniture exactly the same - "dented, scratched, marred, damaged." Mover never let us see his comments on that end of move so we could dispute!

The guys were excellent, and very professional. The only problem we encountered was expecting our things to be delivered the next day, instead of three days later after the weekend.
