All personnel Driver, Loaders, Coordinator were all friendly, helpful and polite. However, as the loading and unloading got toward the end, it appeared the packers and loaders and unloaders were " just getting it done" so they could leave and the end of the day got a little sloppy.

Overall the move experience was good. The team that loaded were fair and the driver Montgomery and his wife team was excellent above par. The team who unloaded was equally good. The only aspect that was very poor were the packers. They increased the box numbers by increasing excessive packing paper- even wrapping paper goods, paperback books folders etc in wrapping paper,- in excess of the actual articles and materials. I have evidence that show only a third of the box had the actual articles while two thirds had just wrapping paper. However, to reiterate, the movers did a very good job.

The guys were steadily working all day, the pick up and the delivery, they did not waste any time however there were a few things that were not so good that made the receiving difficult.

Great from initial sales call to delivery. Ashley Stockwell was fantastic providing the quote and parameters. She then turned me over to the capable hands of Andi in the office to coordinate the move..... and Juan Carlos the driver and his teams were great. Excellence all around

Gary did a great job estimating the move experience, Andi was helpful in many aspects and Arturo was a great driver and overall supervisor.

The packers were great and appreciated their care of my stuff. Only one chair was broken slightly. The relo company did a bang-up job of getting the load delivered within the promised time.

Both the packing and delivery crews were phenomenal. Nothing was lost or damaged at all, the only time this has happened in my 4+ cross-country moves!

From the beginning we had such a positive experience with personnel in person and on the telephone. The entire group always responded quickly and efficiently. The crew in our home was so respectful and eager to do everything right. All of the follow up was so impressive. They were always calling and being so cheerful to check up on the progress. We were most impressed from the beginning to the end. It was a difficult process for us but your staff made it seem easy.That was so appreciated. Everything was great except the frame on my bicycle was damaged. It was an easy fix. Otherwise, alk your employees did an excellent job.

I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the move and every point of contact. Lynda in the office was extremely helpful and responsive. Derrick Williams and his team were extraordinarily helpful and professional.

Extra care was given by these men who packed and boxed everything in my home. I was glad that I was able to work along with them and support their efforts to complete an end result of loading a truck to be driven to a new destination. Thankful it was a good experience!!

Our overall moving experience was terrific, from start to finish. Gary Aug, our relocation consultant, impressed us with his experience and comfortable manner and so made it easy for us to choose Mayflower for our move. We then had the pleasure of working with our wonderful driver Emile Jack. His packing and loading team in Houston included Reggie, Jose, and 2 Alex's, all of whom were a pleasure to have in our house and were total pros! The team in Colorado was a new group for Emile to work with, and through his leadership and that teams experience, the unloading proved to go just as smoothly.

Overall it was a fairly good experience. If the move would have ended in the Houston area it would have been a 12 on a scale of 10, however we were only half way through our journey after the load out in Texas. The only reason why I'm not giving this survey the highest marks is what happened on the end of this move with movers we met in Massachusetts. First of all the main "brains" of Massachusetts team did not appear to be equipped as MOVERS, rather they openly stated they were used to OVER THE ROAD tasks. They repeatedly asked before arriving g if they could get 13 wheeler into our property, and they did not show up within the time window they provided. Immediately upon arrival Jeffery (the main person) declared he was taking off on foot to find something to eat. His wife sat in the truck and the 2 temp Massachusetts helpers were left to their own best judgement (unsupervised), on several occasions they told us two pieces of furniture weren't going to make it.
