I had lived in the home we moved from for 48 years. My first time to use a moving company, and will more than likely my last. 281 tagged items. I'm still unpacking boxes. Everyone was extrememly polite, and helpful. Give the young man a raise, he was very good.

The facility in Tenn. did not communicate very well. My go to person would say she was going to call (Sue Ludbeck) but I would have to end up calling her. The movers that picked up my furniture took my own personal dolly, when bought to their attention they said they would get it back to me. When my furniture was delivered, I did not receive my own dolly but one that belonged to the movers. This dolly was in pretty back shape and my dolly was in new condition. Very disappointed about this.

The entire Mayflower team kept me informed of next steps. My crew showed up on time and the move coordinator stayed in touch with me every step of the way. At my destination, the crew showed up a day earlier than planned (which was great) and they worked very hard to respect my home and protect my property. This was an absolutely great group to work with and I'd certainly use them again.

The entire process was seamless. From the surveyor to the moving coordinator to the truck driver and both crews, everyone went above and beyond to help make our move as easy as possible. I’m not particularly easily impressed, but I was very impressed with Mayflower. Communication was timely and efficient. Mayflower took excellent care of our stuff and our family. Everyone was professional and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Packers and the driver were very professional. The driver listened to our concern for moving our antique curio cabinet. It was wrapped with extra blankets and secured. It arrived with no damage. Our furniture did get a few minor scratches and dings but not enough to warrant a claim. It was a pleasant experience.

Our move went very well. Overall the process was very clear and seamless, which was very helpful as I had never moved cross country before. Communication was also great which we really appreciated.

Sue organized the move perfectly! Julius and Matt were superb in packing and moving us!!! I’ve emptied all the boxes and not a single broken item! They were spectacular!!!!
