I move a lot. 9 times in the past 20 years including 4 long distance state to state moves and this has been the best moving experience yet.

Well done. A couple of hiccups but were navigated quickly ,carefully and thoroughly. It is naive to think you will get a perfect move . The ability to fix what DOES come along is the measure of the service

Delivery was rough with the assigned team, argumentative, few pieces didn’t arrive (small rug an other), always blaming the packing team.

The move, it's initial setup, inventory assessment, prep, execution, and delivery went extremely well. Only a few minor hiccups On loading day, only 2 of 4 packers arrived, so the expected load out of 4-5 hours turned into 9 hours, with the driver, two packers, myself, a good friend, and a neighbor.

Overall it was good. It was disappointing it took 10 days for my furniture to arrive, since it was just going from Wa. State to Ca. Also, I did have damage to a few expensive decorative indoor items, mostly because they were not handled with care as they were packed in the wardrobe box. It was also difficult to find specific items as I was unpacking, the boxes may have been labeled for dishes, but in addition other items were also layered in the packing box. i.e. I had several bottles of nice wine that w

Phil was great. Eddie was kind and sort of communicative. But he had no control over his teams on both ends and that left total newbies to figure out how to move things without tips or training and that resulted in some of our furniture broken or dinged.

From start to finish, the movers involved were SO professional and personable. If a moving experience can be thought of as a pleasant experience then our moving guys made this happen. They began by being there when arranged, they handled our items with great care, kept us informed of when they would arrive to unload. In other words, they just handled all the aspects of the move in a most outstanding way. We even felt like we got to know the movers and enjoyed the time spent with them. We did end up w
