I really wish we could have spoken to the driver directly. When we spoke with the coordinator and the surveyor we got the impression our items would share a truck with another family and be on a semi. This was not the case and the actual driver would have known this ahead of time. It would have saved us money and time to speak with the driver directly. That is our only suggestion-allow the driver to contact the client before the move to discuss the size of truck. We would have sent soooo much more on the tr

Steve and Yvonne were very responsive and communicated effectively. Movers were friendly and did a good job.

Very happy with the packers in Michigan and our driver Victor. Our delivery arrived a day early which was awesome. We are missing a table that will be delivered next time Victor is in Chandler AZ. We also received a stand that didn't belong to us that we returned the next day. The unpackers in Chandler were good but some items were not put together properly and some items not put together at all. It would not stop me from using Mayflower again. Just a little frustrating.

Everything was stress free and worked like clockwork. The entire team communicated frequently and kept us up-to-date through the entire process. Very professional and doing all that was needed to make our move across the country uneventful.

Tom & Ted were great!Communicating well with us in Ohio& once they arrived at our new home in NC.They were so careful with placement of our cargo! Overall experience with Mayflower was very good. They arrived when they said they would and delivered earlier than expected. Happy experience with our move to Nevada.

Premier servoce (Steve Supica, Melissa) were great-easy to reach and very helpful. Driver Mark W was excellent. Packing crew from Savannah GA not so great-poorly packed items/something broken in many boxes/items not wrapped properly/basically a poor job packing.

Everyone was great and very helpful. I was kept up to date by Yvonne and she even called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly.

Overall I had an excellent move experience. Customer service was excellent every step of the way. Items were packed carefully and thoughtfully. Unfortunately I did have some paintings that were not packed properly and had some damage, but the claims process for damaged items was easy to navigate and went very smoothly.

Overall went great. The quote process was not too smooth. We asked to have most of our stuffed packed for us. When driver showed up, they no packaging materials. Estimator never included that in the quote, but surely had to based on the price.

The movers were very efficient packing and moving. Nearly 100% of the items arrived without damage. However after the movers left the house there were some items that were missed. A thorough walkthrough of the house, garage and shed was not completed.

The crew that moved us was very pleasant and accommodating, We had a very difficult move and this crew made the difference between a good experience and a less enjoyable one. The estimator that visited and worked with us to estimate the cost and recommendations was also very experienced and made understanding the estimate very easy to understand. The sales team was very responsive and professional. The movers were very efficient and very careful. I was impressed by their packing. Nothing was damaged or broken.

All points of contact in person and via phone were pleasant and helpful. We found the overall experience to be very good. However, the cost was quite high; therefore we would be hesitant to refer friends and family if they did not have significant relocation funding from an employer.

The truck driver, James was great when above and beyond to make everything go smooth his help left a little to be desired. They were OK.

Overall experience was good. Issues with labor help happened at the destination which made for a long day as well as some things potentially not being handled as carefully as they could have been. No major damage however fortunately.

They took a burden off of me and my wife. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of everyone involved. We did require an overflow and as such had to wait for the remainder of our goods. There were a few items that were damaged but most of what was moved arrived in good shape. The people were friendly and were willing to put the items where we wanted. We did have a few individuals who helped with the overflow who did not have the same level of excellence, but overall the experience was very positive.

It was great that the price was set (binding) others said if something changed price could go up. All the workers were very friendly. They were very professional and treated my stuff as there’s. Nice that someone came out to check on what I was taking and to tell me how to pack. It was delivered over three weeks ago and I just got down there to unpack things. Nothing boxed has been broken so I am sure the rest will be just as good. The only thing damaged where the wheels on the garage roiling chair

Everything progressed nicely and we had no damaged goods unlike our prior move with another company.

John Hopkins and the coordinator Lena were both super helpful. So overall I am happy with the service. Unfortunately somewhere along the line the the movers( laborers were careless and did a lot of breakage and Los couple of boxes.

John who works for Mayflower as a sales person went above and beyond in explaining and giving visibility. He made us feel like a priority and was very hands on in the process. The moving company from Detroit did break a glass end table and forgot to pack the pieces to hook up my bed. I would not recommend the local movers in Detroit. Lina did well staying in touch and easing the moving process. The local movers in Florida did very well. They helped set up my furniture and organize the home.
